The new recommendations give options for 7-day, 10-day, and 14-day quarantine periods and went into effect on Dec. 7. Specific criteria must be met in order to shorten quarantine, and if you are a close contact you may be advised by the Hopkinton Health Department which quarantine period applies to your situation.
