Good morning, Hopkinton! Welcome to the daily update we call Hopkinton Today — a quick recap of yesterday’s news, highlights of what’s on tap, and a photo and video of the day.

As part of the Main Street Corridor Project this week, the eastbound detour from Grove Street to Maple Street to Hayden Rowe Street and back to Main Street will be in place from Monday through Friday. Additionally, the eastbound detour from Pleasant Street to Maple Street to Hayden Rowe Street and back to Main Street will be used as needed.

The School Committee on Thursday accepted a power purchase agreement with Solect Energy Development previously passed by the Select Board.

Residents of Hopkinton’s Legacy Farms neighborhood hosted a Diwali Mela celebration on Saturday at Keefe Tech High School in Framingham.

The Hopkinton Center for the Arts hosted the annual Wicked 5K road race on Sunday.
