Good morning, Hopkinton! Welcome to the daily update we call Hopkinton Today — a quick recap of yesterday’s news, highlights of what’s on tap, and a photo of the day.

This week’s Independent Thoughts includes information on the Knights of Columbus Food for Families Food Drive, a student-curated exhibit at the Hopkinton Center for the Arts that is seeking photos from local families, and a town cleanup day.

The fifth annual Mary Korbey 3v3 basketball tournament was held Sunday, drawing a record 68 teams for a day of fun and competition at Hopkinton High School and Hopkinton Middle School.

In the latest College Honors, Clark, Bryant and other universities recognize local students for academic success.
