ARRESTS

July 18
4:52 p.m. Officer Robert Ekross conducted a motor vehicle stop on South Street and arrested a 28-year-old from Milford on a warrant.

July 22
12:14 p.m. On Main Street, Officers Matthew LaTour and Cody Normandin arrested a 33-year-old from Chelmsford and charged him with unlicensed operation of motor vehicle, operation of motor vehicle with license suspended, possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle and unregistered motor vehicle.

July 16
2:37 a.m. Officer Kyle Quinzani checked on two vehicles parked near the LNG plant on Wilson Street and spoke with the owners, who were doing property measurements for the LNG plant. All was OK.
3:26 a.m. Officer Robert Ekross made checks of Sandy Beach on Lakeshore Drive.
12:33 p.m. Officer Noah Buentello assisted a person with non-firearms fingerprinting.
1:44 p.m. Officer Noah Buentello made checks of the State Park on Cedar Street.
2:46 p.m. A caller at a West Main Street business reported an unwanted person whom he just fired refused to leave the premises. Officers Cody Normandin and Noah Buentello responded and located the individual and spoke to him about no trespassing. A report was taken.
4:28 p.m. The Southborough Police Department reported an erratic motorcyclist weaving in and out of traffic and speeding on Cedar Street. Another call was received reporting that the motorcycle entered the State Park. Officers Cody Normandin and Noah Buentello responded and checked the State Park with a negative find.
9:05 p.m. A caller reported an erratic operator with no license plate who started on Route 135 near Able Limo and stopped on College Street. Officers Sean McKeon and Cody Normandin checked the area with a negative find and notified the Milford Police Department.
11:44 p.m. Officer Sean McKeon checked on South Street property.

July 17
2:08 a.m. A West Main Street resident reported she was locked out of her facility and could not get back in. Officer Sean McKeon assisted and contacted the front desk, and someone let her in.
8:44 a.m. Officer Shannon Beloin responded along with the Fire Department to a report of a flooded basement on Bowker Road.
9:11 a.m. Officer Noah Buentello checked on Pratt Way property.
10:23 a.m. A Teresa Road caller reported an adult male met with her 13-year-old daughter and sold her a vape pen, and the daughter arranged another sale. Officer Brian Ziniti responded and took a report.
11:48 a.m. A walk-in handed in ammunition. Officer Brian Ziniti took possession of it.
1:50 p.m. A walk-in reported losing a wallet and wanted it logged.
2:24 p.m. Officer Noah Buentello assisted a disabled motor vehicle on West Main Street and stood by while a tow truck responded.
4:11 p.m. The Southborough Police Department requested assistance locating a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident. Officer Matthew LaTour searched Grove Street and located the vehicle. Sergeant Arthur Schofield and Officer Cody Normandin responded as backup until a Southborough officer arrived.
5:54 p.m. Officer Matthew LaTour checked on a disabled motor vehicle on School Street.
10:16 p.m. Officer Matthew LaTour checked on Pratt Way property.

July 18
1:01 a.m. Officer Tyler Staback responded along with the Fire Department to a Revolutionary Way residence, where alarms were sounding. The residents were advised to evacuate.
10:33 a.m. A caller reported a tree fell on wires on Chamberlain Street. Sergeant Matthew Santoro responded and notified Eversource.
2:09 p.m. Sergeant William Burchard notified Verizon about a dead tree on top of wires on Saddle Hill Road.
2:13 p.m. A caller reported a disabled motor vehicle on Cedar Street. Officer Brian Ziniti responded and reported the vehicle was towed. He provided one person with a courtesy transport to Framingham Hospital.
3:05 p.m. Sergeant William Burchard assisted a disabled motor vehicle on Lumber Street that ran out of gas.
3:28 p.m. A contractor reported a civil dispute with a Locust Lane resident and stated he needed to get tools from that person’s house. Officer Augusto Diaz responded and assisted, and the parties came to an agreement.
5:10 p.m. A motorist reported an erratic teal SUV on Wood Street. The Westborough Police Department was notified.
5:28 p.m. The business manager at a Lumber Street business reported being harassed. He requested extra checks of the area. Officer Cody Normandin responded and took a report.
7:19 p.m. A caller reported losing her Doberman in the Parkwood Drive area. She called back shortly after and stated the dog was found.
8:38 p.m. The driver of a dirt bike did a wheelie in front of Officer Cody Normandin on Whisper Way and took off. Officer Robert Ekross responded but did not locate the motorist.
10:02 p.m. Officer Cody Normandin made checks of Lumber Street property.

July 19
2:09 a.m. Sergeant William Burchard checked on a disabled motor vehicle on Main Street and assisted the owner in getting the vehicle started again.
6:22 a.m. An Oakhurst Road caller reported a large snapping turtle across the street. The incident was logged.
9:34 a.m. Sergeant Arthur Schofield and Officer Nicholas Walker responded to a motor vehicle crash on West Main Street and reported one person was being aggressive. Neither person wanted medical attention. A report followed.
11:06 a.m. Officer Nicholas Walker checked on Wilson Street property.
1:45 p.m. A Davis Road resident requested someone to grab her wheelchair for her. Officer Nicholas Walker responded and assisted.
4:32 p.m. An asset protection employee at a West Main Street business requested an officer to take a report of a shoplifting incident that took place on July 10. Officer Cody Normandin responded and took a report.
4:50 p.m. Officer Robert Ekross assisted a walk-in with fingerprinting for employment.
9:23 p.m. Officer Augusto Diaz made checks of the LNG plant on Wilson Street.
10:47 p.m. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil and Officers Augusto Diaz and Robert Ekross checked on a person stumbling around a Main Street parking lot and then into the street. All checked out OK.

July 20
1:34 a.m. Officer Sean McKeon responded along with the Fire Department to a fire alarm activation on Sanctuary Lane.
7:31 a.m. A Cherry Lane resident reported an owl was stuck in a soccer net. Officer Nicholas Walker responded and left a message with the animal control officer and also contacted the environmental police. Officer Walker subsequently transported the owl to Tufts in Grafton for rehabilitation.
9:29 a.m. Officer Augusto Diaz checked on a motor vehicle on South Street and found all OK.
10:58 a.m. Officer Noah Buentello checked on Cedar Street property.
2:58 p.m. A caller reported receiving an SOS call from a friend on Legacy Farms North Road near Baypath Humane Society. Officer Shannon Beloin responded and found that it was an accidental call.
4:21 p.m. Sergeant William Burchard issued a parking warning on Lakeshore Drive at Sandy Beach.
4:30 p.m. A caller reported a possible motor vehicle accident on Legacy Farms North Road. Officer Shannon Beloin responded and issued a civil citation. The vehicle was towed.
4:40 p.m. A Davis Road resident requested help getting her bags, as her motorized wheelchair was not working. Officer Robert Ekross was en route, and the caller called back and stated a neighbor had helped her.
5:12 p.m. Officer Robert Ekross assisted a disabled motor vehicle with a flat tire on Legacy Farms North Road.
6:20 p.m. A Church Street caller reported she was home with her baby and a man kept knocking on her door. Officer Robert Ekross responded and checked the area, and all was OK. The caller stated it could have been a solicitor.
6:59 p.m. A Church Street resident reported receiving threatening scam text messages and wanted it logged. He was advised to block the phone number and contact police if anything else occurs.
7:07 p.m. Sergeant William Burchard issued two parking citations on Cedar Street.
7:18 p.m. A West Elm Street caller reported an injured rabbit was in her backyard. A message was left for the animal control officer.
8:53 p.m. Officer Robert Ekross made checks of Sandy Beach.

July 21
12:51 a.m. Sergeant Arthur Schofield checked on Constitution Court property.
9:47 a.m. A caller reported a huge pile of trash on the side of the road on Cedar Street. Officer Augusto Diaz responded and contacted the Stoughton Police Department to notify a resident about retrieving belongings. A report was taken.
10:31 a.m. Officer Nicholas Walker notified a Curtis Road resident that her wallet was found in Bellingham.
11:29 a.m. A caller reported a man walking on the side of the road on Cedar Street and pointing an unknown shiny object at oncoming traffic. Officer Augusto Diaz responded and checked the area with a negative find.
12:23 p.m. Officer Nicholas Walker responded along with the Fire Department to a report of the smell of smoke in a bathroom at a Walcott Valley Drive residence.
3:14 p.m. A Cedar Street resident reported the water in her house was brown. The on-call Water Department personnel was notified.
3:55 p.m. Officer Matthew LaTour completed community policing on Main Street.
4:30 p.m. A walk-in handed in used drug paraphernalia that he found. Sergeant William Burchard took possession of the items and property disposed of them.
4:57 p.m. A Woodview Way caller reported it appeared as if someone attempted to get into his car. Officer Matthew LaTour responded and investigated and reported it did not look like someone attempted to enter his car. The scuff marks may have been there previously.
6:10 p.m. A caller reported a possible sinkhole on Canterbury Lane from recent construction on the street. Officer Cody Normandin responded and reported small holes but nothing in need of immediate attention.
10:32 p.m. Officer Matthew LaTour responded along with the Fire Department to a CO investigation on Prestwick Drive.

July 22
12:39 a.m. Officer Tyler Staback checked on a motor vehicle on Hayden Rowe Street and moved the driver along.
12:45 a.m. Officer Tyler Staback made checks of EMC Park and Marathon School on Hayden Rowe Street.
1:23 a.m. Officer Kyle Quinzani made checks of South Street buildings.
11:02 a.m. Officer Cody Normandin removed items from the roadway on Wood Street and notified the DPW.
12:38 p.m. An Elm Street resident reported her bank account was hacked via a laptop that was stolen a year ago. Officer Matthew LaTour assisted and took a report of fraud.
1:44 p.m. A walk-in reported identity theft. Sergeant Matthew Santoro assisted and took a report of fraud.
2:02 p.m. An Eastview Road caller reported a bird was stuck in her chimney. The animal control officer was contacted.
3:15 p.m. Officer Cody Normandin took a report of identity theft.
7:41 p.m. A Wilson Street caller reported solicitors just left her home. Officer Noah Buentello and Cody Normandin responded and spoke with the fuel company solicitors and advised them how to apply and register for soliciting.
8:33 p.m. A Cedar Street caller reported the apartment below her was vacant, but the doors were wide open, and she wanted an officer to check the property. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil and Officer Noah Buentello checked the apartment and found no sign of forced entry, and they secured the door.
