Baypath Adoptable Animal of the Week: Pebbles

Adoptable Animal-Pebbles

Each week, the Independent highlights an animal available for adoption at Baypath Humane Society in Hopkinton. This week’s adoptable animal is 6-year-old Pebbles.

Here is Baypath’s description of Pebbles:

“At around 6 years old, Pebbles is the perfect mix of great manners and easygoing fun. This sweet, gentle guy loves people, enjoys his toys, never turns down a tasty treat and settles beautifully after a little activity. He has also done well with other dogs, adding to his easygoing charm.

“Pebbles arrived at Baypath a little underweight and is currently working on gaining some healthy weight so he can feel his very best, but his bright future is already easy to see. He is more than ready to find the family he deserves.

“On field trips with volunteers, Pebbles shows just how adaptable and lovable he is. He rides calmly in the car, strolls through busy neighborhoods with excellent loose-leash manners and stays relaxed around traffic, bikes and city sounds. After his walks, he’s more than happy to curl up nearby for a long nap, soak up affection and enjoy plenty of belly rubs.

“Pebbles has the kind of personality that makes life feel easy — friendly, attentive and happy to be near his people without demanding constant attention. Whether it’s a walk, some toy time or simply relaxing beside you while you work, he fits right in.

“Even better: Pebbles’ adoption fee has been sponsored, making it even easier to bring this sweet guy home.”
