ARRESTS

July 1
7:34 p.m. Officers responded to a motor vehicle collision with a tree on Frankland Road and found the driver walking away from the scene. The 49-year-old Aspen Way resident was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, leaving the scene of property damage, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating under the influence and failure to file an accident report.

July 4
Officers conducted a warrant arrest on Lakeshore Drive of a 21-year-old resident of East Street in Framingham. The individual was taken into custody. Bail was set at personal recognizance and was en route.

June 30
1:10 a.m. Officer Cody Normandin reported parties stole items from Alltown Fresh on West Main Street. He located the parties, retrieved an item and returned it to the store.
10:39 a.m. A caller reported an erratic driver on Claflin Place. Officer Benjamin Vaz responded and spoke to the operator regarding the complaint.
11:40 a.m. The Water Department reported a service wire to a house on West Elm Street was down in the roadway. Officers and Eversource responded to the scene.
12:12 p.m. Officer Benjamin Vaz responded to a motor vehicle accident with no personal injuries on West Main Street. He spoke with all parties and took a crash report.
12:24 p.m. A walk-in reported possible cellphone fraud. Officers spoke with the individual and gave advice.
2:11 p.m. Units responded to a call reporting that a large truck pulled down wires on Fruit Street. Detour signs were placed in the area. Verizon was notified and was to respond. Officer Benjamin Vaz took an incident report.
4:43 p.m. A caller complained that traffic was struggling to find its way through a neighborhood on Fruit Street.
5:24 p.m. A calling party reported neighborhood women on Fruit Street were directing traffic. Officer Kyle Quinzani assisted.

July 1
8:29 a.m. A caller reported a tractor-trailer took down wires on South Street, and they were across the roadway. Units responded and confirmed it was only cable wires with a leaning telephone pole. Eversource and Verizon were notified.
9:15 a.m. Officer Victoria Fullagar responded to West Main Street after a caller reported a large trailer parked behind a building in a no parking zone. She spoke with the owner and advised them to remove the trailer.
12:08 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity regarding a FedEx driver stopping a young girl 14 times to speak with her on Washington Lane.
1:11 p.m. Officer Victoria Fullagar took an incident report of an assault on Constitution Court.
3:48 p.m. Officers assisted with a Grove Street tenant who would not move their motorcycle. The motorcycle was moved.
6:31 p.m. Officer Sean McKeon issued five citations and noted six violations following a parking complaint on Lakeshore Drive.
6:53 p.m. Officer Sean McKeon took a crash report on Overlook Road regarding an Amazon driver hitting a mailbox and taking off.

July 2
11:21 a.m. A caller reported she stopped in front of her neighbor’s house on Davis Road to ask her not to allow her cat off its leash because the caller feeds the birds, and the two spoke briefly. Housing was contacted, and dispatch advised the caller that this was not a police matter.
11:29 a.m. A Proctor Street resident called to report a landscape truck hit her daughter’s car on Saddle Hill Road on July 1, and the landscape company was not returning her calls. She was advised to call the insurance company and fill out an accident form.
12:17 p.m. A large tree was hanging over the roadway on South Mill Street. A voicemail was left for the DPW.
1:44 p.m. A caller reported two construction trucks were idling for roughly two hours on Ash Street and requested the trucks be relocated. Officer William Burchard responded, and the trucks were gone upon arrival.
8:29 p.m. Someone called to report 20-25 individuals grilling on the beach on Lakeshore Drive. Officers Nicholas Walker and Brian Ziniti responded and checked the area with a negative find.
9:45 p.m. Units checked on a person walking near the Interstate 495 ramps on West Main Street. Officer Brian Ziniti gave the party a courtesy transport to Price Chopper.

July 3
10:48 a.m. A caller reported a piece of guardrail was in the roadway on South Street. Officer Noah Buentello responded and determined it was not in the roadway nor a hazard, and was part of a construction project.
1:34 p.m. Dispatchers received multiple calls for a vehicle crashing into a telephone pole on East Main Street. Eversource was notified of pole damage and leaning wires in the roadway. Eversource was on scene, and the road eventually was opened. Officers took a report of a crash with no personal injury.
5:44 p.m. Officer Nicholas Walker responded to a tree in the roadway on Wood Street. The tree was removed.
8:53 p.m. Officer Justin Cappuccio was flagged down by a motorcyclist having issues with a headlight on Main Street. He followed the motorcyclist to their residence.
10:16 p.m. Officer Nicholas Walker checked on a vehicle in the grass on the side of the road on West Main Street. The party had stopped to look at something on their phone and was all set.
10:19 p.m. Sgt. Shannon Beloin noted a right side green light was out on East Main Street. A message was left for the DPW.

July 4
2:59 a.m. Officer Cody Normandin responded to a noise complaint of fireworks on Main Street. He checked the area with a negative find.
8:51 a.m. Officer Noah Buentello responded to Front Street for a report of a tree down across the roadway. The officer and a passerby were able to move the tree to the side of the road. A message was left for the DPW. Verizon was notified and was to look at the cable wires.
9:37 a.m. Multiple officers assisted with shutting down Hopkinton State Park due to capacity issues. Many vehicles were removed after a public address system announcement. Officers spoke with one individual who eventually moved their vehicle.
1:42 p.m. Units responded to a call of a motor vehicle crash on Parkwood Drive with no personal injury. A towing company was en route to remove the vehicle. A report was taken.
6:13 p.m. Officers responded to a 911 call of a vehicle all over the road and almost hitting another vehicle on West Main Street. The driver told officers they were a lifeguard at Hopkinton State Park and just had a long day.
7:52 p.m. Officers took an incident report of a stolen license plate on Rosewood Lane.
11:15 p.m. Units checked Mt. Auburn Street after a caller from Meserve Street stated loud music was coming from somewhere in that area. Nothing disruptive was found.

July 5
12:01 a.m. Dispatch noticed three parties on camera walking toward the water by the bath house at Sandy Beach. The parties appeared to enter the water to the right of the lifeguard station. Officers spoke with the parties, who were to leave for the night.
1:01 a.m. A caller stated he was outside on Lakeshore Drive when a large white pickup truck drove by and threw an alcoholic beverage out the window toward him. The party reported the truck was lowered and had an unknown number of occupants. Units responded to the scene. Officer Justin Cappuccio identified one beer bottle in a driveway. Officer Cody Normandin stopped a vehicle matching the description near Ramp 5, but it was unrelated to the call. He gave the vehicle a warning for a red light violation. Units continued to check the area.
8:59 a.m. A caller reported a loud PA system at an athletic field on Fruit Street. Officer Aline Matos checked the area and reported all noises were within limits.
9:11 a.m. Sgt. Arthur Schofield responded to Main Street after a caller reported concerns for two pit bulls in a potentially hot car. He checked and spoke with the reporting party and the owner. The dogs were reported to be fine, and the owner left with them.
9:31 a.m. A caller reported a person disrupted a church ceremony on East Main Street and was on foot heading toward Hopkinton. Officers responded, spoke with all parties and took a report.
9:51 a.m. Officers responded to Fruit Street after an anonymous caller reported a noise complaint of a loudspeaker system from an athletic field. Officers spoke to the person in charge and advised them to turn down the PA system.
10:42 a.m. Officer Aline Matos responded to a report of a motor vehicle collision with a parked car on South Street with no injuries. She spoke with all parties involved, viewed the damage and took a report.
7:56 p.m. Officers checked Mayhew Street with a negative find after a caller reported a white sedan with New York plates driving erratically.
8:29 p.m. A walk-in reported he got into an argument with someone in CVS. Units looked for the vehicle involved.

July 6
4:09 p.m. A caller reported a deer in the front yard of a Jordan Road residence. The animal control officer responded.
5:04 p.m. A former tenant of a Leonard Street property was reported to have gone through the mail there. The reporting party was advised the matter was a civil issue.

July 7
1:08 a.m. A caller from Blueberry Lane reported she could see a vehicle with its headlights on at the new construction area on Myrtle Avenue. She thought it was suspicious since she did not believe anyone lived there yet. The caller also reported this is the third or fourth time she has seen a vehicle there. Officers checked the area and found three parties in a vehicle. They were advised not to hang out in active construction zones and were to be on their way.
9:15 a.m.. A caller reported his iPad was stolen and was pinging in town. Officer Augusto Diaz called the reporting party and left a message.
12:26 p.m. Officers responded to Grove Street after a passerby reported an erratic operator. The vehicle was stopped, and Officer Nicholas Walker spoke with the operator.
7:22 p.m. A caller reported a blonde female was in a South Street parking lot yelling at people. Officers responded to the area, but the party was gone upon arrival.
