July 15
12:40 a.m. Officers stopped a 57-year-old man from Pawtucket, Rhode Island, on West Main Street and conducted a warrant arrest.

July 16
9:06 p.m. Units conducted a stop on West Main Street and arrested a 32-year-old man from Montgomery Street in Lawrence, charging him with failure to yield at an intersection, driving with a suspended license and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

July 18
9:58 p.m. A 31-year-old resident of Worcester Road in Framingham was stopped and arrested on Wilson Street following a field sobriety test. He was charged with a marked lanes violation and operating under the influence of liquor.

July 19
8:44 p.m. Officers stopped a 23-year-old resident of Pond Street in Framingham on Hayden Rowe Street for a marked lanes violation, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and operating under the influence of drugs. A vehicle was to be towed from the scene, and a passenger was released with no charges.

July 15
9:52 a.m. Officer Nicholas Saletnik took an incident report after management from a community on Woodview Way reported electric bikes found in a garage. One moped came back as stolen.
11:14 a.m. Units responded to a crash on Main Street and conducted a preliminary breath test that came back negative. Officers determined the driver might be dealing with sleep deprivation. He was waiting for someone to pick him up and take him home.
12:17 p.m. Officer Augusto Diaz Jr. checked on a grey van parked in the upper lot of the Hopkinton Senior Center for several days. It was determined the van belonged to an out-of-state family visiting Davis Road.
12:28 p.m. A walk-in reported an abandoned vehicle on North Mill Street. Dispatch spoke with the owner, who reported that the vehicle was parked by the woods during the day while landscapers were accessing his driveway.
12:53 p.m. Officer Augusto Diaz Jr. responded to a building on Main Street after receiving a complaint of parties hanging around the picnic tables behind the building and sitting on a wall near a baseball field. The parties were removed and advised the building owner did not want them there.
4:06 p.m. Units conducted a warrant search of a car on Main Street.
5:32 p.m Attleboro Police called requesting Hopkinton inquire about footage from Alltown Fresh in regard to a stolen vehicle. Officers were unable to view the footage at that time.
5:40 p.m. Officers responded to Hayden Rowe Street for a report of a hit and run. Officer Brian Ziniti had the vehicle stopped, and a report was to follow.
6:04 p.m. A caller wished to speak with the animal control officer about her cat. A voicemail was left for animal control.

July 16
7:55 a.m. A caller from Constitution Court reported her vehicle was stolen overnight. Officers Aline Matos and Nicholas Walker responded to the scene. Matos reported the vehicle was located nearby and took a report. The owner was notified.
2:51 p.m. Officer Matthew LaTour responded to a West Main Street store after the store manager reported a verbal dispute with a customer. A male party was verbally trespassed from the store and left. LaTour took a report.
5:30 p.m. A Grove Street caller reported he had a leak before the meter into his driveway and requested his water be shut off. The on-call Water-Sewer Department staff were contacted and were to respond.

July 17
8:32 a.m. Officer Matthew LaTour took a report of a two-car crash on West Main Street with no injuries.
11:03 a.m. A caller reported a boy in a green SUV on Wild Road yelled for help, and when she picked up her phone, the vehicle left toward Blueberry Lane. Units responded and determined the parties in the SUV were having a tough day and were to be on their way.
11:28 a.m. Officer Aline Matos responded to a vehicle complaint on Wilson Street. The driver works at Weston Nurseries and had pulled over to use the phone.
12:12 p.m. A caller on South Street reported an audible alarm coming from a fence. The caller then reported it was a cellphone with an alarm going off. Sgt. Aaron O’Neil responded, found the phone smashed up and was to bring it to the station.
2:21 p.m. Units responded to Hayden Rowe Street for a two-car crash with no injuries and took a report.
2:45 p.m. Officers responded to Revolutionary Way after a woman was reported missing from a residence. Her son took custody of her and took her for a walk.
7:29 p.m. A caller reported two dead deer and a repulsive smell in a lot for sale on Kruger Road. A message was left for the animal control officer.

July 18
12:22 a.m. A caller reported a person dropped a package on Ryegrass Circle, picked it up and then left. A report was to follow.
9:35 a.m. The Water Department reported illegal dumping on Fruit Street. Officer Aline Matos responded, checked the area and found a vehicle matching the description. She determined the vehicle was not related to the incident. Matos checked the area and found nothing further.
11:17 a.m. A caller reported illegal dumping on Cedar Street. Officer Matthew LaTour responded and took a report.
12:53 p.m. A caller from Pine Island Road reported a civil dispute regarding his property. Officer Aline Matos spoke with him and determined it was a civil matter.
9:10 p.m. Officers followed up on a report of a party with loud music on East Main Street. They checked the area, and all was OK.

July 19
10:52 a.m. A caller reported a black female on East Main Street walking back and forth while screaming and crying on the phone. Officers checked the area, and all was OK.
11:07 a.m. Officers assisted Massachusetts Environmental Police with a large crowd on Wood Street. They assisted with an angry guest.
2:28 p.m. Units responded to Cedar Street for a crash with personal injury. A report was taken and a criminal application was issued for operation with a suspended license and failure to yield. A vehicle was towed from the scene.
10:39 p.m. A North Mill Street caller reported someone rang her doorbell twice and set off her her motion detector. However, there were no vehicles in her driveway. Officers responded and checked the area with a negative find on anything suspicious.

July 20
3:03 a.m. Officer Lucille Creedon checked on a party on Grove Street. Attendees were to walk home nearby. All was OK.
5:28 a.m. A caller from Legacy Farms North reported that while she was out for a walk, she saw a person dressed in all black with a hood covering their face. She got scared and was not sure if the person was breaking into cars or trying to follow her. Units responded and searched the area, but the party was gone on arrival.
7:55 a.m. A Cold Spring Brook Road caller reported he was unable to locate his 5-year-old son who was last seen around 6:30 a.m. The child subsequently was located in the basement.
9:34 a.m. A resident reported he was forced off the road on his bike on Susan Drive.
10:26 a.m. A caller from Pine Island Road requested to speak with the police chief regarding a civil issue. When offered to speak with an officer instead, the caller declined. He was advised he could have a tractor towed off his property and that he could contact an attorney with questions regarding the tractor.
11:25 a.m. A caller on South Street reported a flatbed truck was dropping cars in a private lot. Officer Noah Buentello responded and determined the truck was making a delivery to a resident in the community.
1:12 p.m. Officer Cody Normandin took a report of telephone wires taken down on Hayden Rowe Street by a tractor-trailer. The wires struck a motor vehicle after being pulled down. Verizon was contacted.
2:50 p.m. A caller on East Main Street stated a male party opened her mailbox, walked around her property and then continued walking toward Main Street. Officer Cody Normandin spoke to the male party and was all set. He also spoke to the homeowner.
3:47 p.m. Units responded to Grove Street after a caller reported an issue between a landlord and a tenant. They spoke to both parties and advised it was a civil issue.
4:12 p.m A caller reported a young boy was left in a car on West Main Street for 10 minutes while his mother bought wine. The vehicle was running and had since departed. The caller wanted the incident logged.
4:31 p.m. Units responded to Greenwood Road after a caller reported a vehicle speeding up and down the road. Officers spoke to the operator of the vehicle, possibly a Domino’s employee, who was advised of the complaint.
5:13 p.m. A walk-in from Cold Spring Brook Road reported one of his license plates was stolen.
6:34 p.m. Two callers reported a possibly intentional crash on Woodview Way. A complaint application was issued to the operator of the vehicle that caused the crash, and a tow truck assisted with winching out the vehicle into a parking spot.
7:55 p.m. A caller on Valleywood Road reported a solicitor in the area who most likely was not registered. Officer Sean McKeon spoke to the solicitor and determined he was done for the night. The solicitor was to register with the town.
9:14 p.m. A caller on Hayden Rowe Street reported what looked like a solicitor knocked on his door and then left on a scooter or bicycle. Officers checked the area with a negative find.

July 21
7:08 a.m. Officer Augusto Diaz Jr. responded to West Main Street after a caller reported an erratic driver of a silver Ford truck coming from Upton. He checked the area with a negative find.
11:21 a.m. Officers took an incident report from a resident on Wood Street who reported his truck was broken into on the night of July 17.
2:39 p.m. A North Street caller reported men going door to door. One had on a tool belt and the other wore a hat with “Greenix” on it. The caller reported the men were very aggressive. Officer Noah Buentello checked the area with a negative find. The individuals were not listed as solicitors in town.
3:24 p.m. A caller reported a road rage incident that occurred on Interstate 495. Units checked the area, but the vehicle was gone on arrival. Upton Police were advised.
3:46 p.m Officer Sean McKeon assisted with a box truck stuck on a hill on School Street.
4:25 p.m. Officers assisted another police agency with locating a party on College Street. He was transported back to his vehicle in Milford.
5:57 p.m. A caller from Chamberlain Street requested to speak to an officer in regard to prank phone calls. He was advised to call back if the calls continued.
6:34 p.m. Officer Nicholas Walker checked in on a solicitor on Main Street and advised them of the town bylaw.
7:40 p.m. Units responded to a tree down across the roadway on School Street. The DPW was advised of the issue.
11:18 p.m. A caller from Nazneen Circle reported a male party walking around the complex trying to wave them down. The party called back as officers were en route to confirm it was his neighbor.
