ARRESTS

July 20
9:27 p.m. A caller reported a suspicious male attempting to enter a vehicle on Hayden Rowe Street. Sergeant Matthew McNeil and Officers Tyler Brabham and Cody Normandin responded and administered field sobriety tests and utilized a portable breath test. A 60-year-old from Milford was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, marked lanes violation, and drinking alcohol from an open container, and was placed into protective custody.

July 22
10:10 p.m. On East Main Street, Officer Cody Normandin conducted a motor vehicle stop and subsequently arrested a 31-year-old Natick man and charged him with OUI liquor and speeding in violation of special regulation.

July 20
12:03 a.m. Officer Stephen Buckley completed checks of Sandy Beach.
12:05 a.m. Sergeant William Burchard and Officer Kevin Sager found a door open at an East Street maintenance garage. They secured it and checked the rest of the building.
1:43 a.m. Officer Stephen Buckley found a large pothole on Cunningham Street and left a message for the Highway Department.
2:10 a.m. Officer Kevin Sager checked on a person in a vehicle on Granite Street near Echo Trail and advised the person that the trail was closed.
11:21 a.m. Officer Matthew Santoro reported a fallen tree on wires on Clinton Street and notified Eversource.
10:50 a.m. Officer Moira McGaffigan completed community policing on Mayhew Street.
12:19 p.m. While on a detail on Main Street, Sergeant Arthur Schofield reported a motor vehicle accident with personal injury. Officer Matthew Santoro responded along with an ambulance, which transported one person to the hospital. A tow truck was requested for the removal of two vehicles. A minor fluid spill was cleaned up.
5:52 p.m. A Sterling Drive walk-in reported harassment. Officer Cody Normandin assisted and took a report.
6:02 p.m. A caller reported a vehicle parked illegally on Hayden Rowe Street. Sergeant Matthew McNeil responded.
6:17 p.m. A caller complained of an out-of-control jet ski on Lake Maspenock, and the caller didn’t think the operator had the proper pass to be parking at Sandy Beach. Officer Tyler Brabham responded and all checked out OK.
6:43 p.m. Officer Cody Normandin issued a parking citation on Hayden Rowe Street.
7:28 p.m. A caller reported an owl on the side of the road of Saddle Hill Road. Officer Tyler Brabham responded and assisted it.
8:15 p.m. Officer Cody Normandin checked on Wilson Street property.

July 21
1:55 a.m. Officer Brendon Lyver checked on Fruit Street property.
12:07 p.m. Officer Matthew Santoro reported a damaged sewer drain on Rocky Woods Road. The DPW was notified.
2:18 p.m. A Pond Street caller reported witnessing a man grab his dog by the ear and hurt him. Officer Matthew Santoro responded and checked the area with a negative find.
2:33 p.m. An East Main Street caller reported a few items were stolen from her. Officers Moira McGaffigan and Ryan Polselli responded and took a report.
5:03 p.m. Officer Tyler Brabham checked on Wilson Street property.
5:21 p.m. A motorist reported a motor vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed on West Main Street that went off the road and into the woods and then drove away. Sergeant Matthew McNeil and Officer Brian Sanchioni checked the area. The vehicle was gone upon their arrival.
6:23 p.m. A caller reported a bucket of fluid fell off a construction vehicle in parking lot K on Loop Road. Officer Tyler Brabham responded and reported no hazard. The construction company was notified.
8:19 p.m. A caller complained of a vehicle parked in the Sandy Beach parking lot on Lakeshore Drive with no parking sticker. Officer Brian Sanchioni responded and the vehicle was gone upon his arrival.
8:20 p.m. A caller reported he was locked inside the State Park on Cedar Street. Officer Tyler Brabham responded and assisted.
9:53 p.m. Officer Brian Sanchioni checked on a vehicle on the side of the road on West Main Street. The driver had pulled over to reset his GPS.
11:51 p.m. A Main Street caller complained of a dog barking in the area for the past two hours. Officer Cody Normandin responded and eventually made contact with the owner, who brought the dogs indoors.

July 22
1:35 a.m. Officer Brian Sanchioni checked on a motor vehicle parked on Lakeshore Drive and moved the occupants along.
7:32 a.m. Officer Matthew Santoro checked on Wilson Street property.
8:24 a.m. A caller reported a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident on West Main Street. Officer Jessica Ferreira responded and reviewed camera footage, and there was no hit and run.
10:51 a.m. Officer Jay Deiana completed community policing in Legacy Farms North and Legacy Farms South.
11:10 a.m. Officer Philip Powers completed community policing in Legacy Farms South.
11:30 a.m. Officers Matthew Santoro, Jessica Ferreira and Philip Powers responded to a motor vehicle accident on West Main Street. No personal injuries were reported.
4:50 p.m. A walk-in reported two loose dogs walking own West Main Street. Officer Ryan Polselli responded and checked the area with a negative find.
5:13 p.m. Two callers reported stray dogs with no tags walking on Hayden Rowe Street. Officers Cody Normandin and Ryan Polselli responded and contacted the animal control officer, who picked up the dogs.
5:59 p.m. Officer Ryan Polselli noticed the traffic light on Main Street malfunctioning and notified the DPW.
7:17 p.m. A caller reported a case of fraud in which she provided the scammers with the last four digits of her social security number. Officer Ryan Polselli assisted.
7:50 p.m. A caller reported a male smoking from a bong out in public on Lumber Street. Officers Robert Ekross and Ryan Polselli responded. The man was gone upon their arrival.
8:24 p.m. Officer Cody Normandin completed checks of an Ash Street playground.
9:43 p.m. A Forest Lane resident reported someone rang her doorbell twice and left. A neighbor reported his doorbell was rung and nobody was there. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil and Officer Ryan Polselli responded and checked the area.
11:59 p.m. Officer Kevin Sager checked on Sandy Beach.

July 23
12:02 a.m. Sergeant Arthur Schofield and Officer Kevin Sager checked on parties behind the school on Hayden Rowe Street who were playing basketball. They were moved along.
12:05 a.m. Sergeant Arthur Schofield and Officer Jay Deiana checked on a vehicle in H Lot on Loop Road and moved the parties along.
1:13 a.m. Officer Jay Deiana checked on Echo Tail off Granite Street.
7:35 a.m. A caller reported a turtle in the road on Downey Street. Officer Jay Deiana responded and relocated the tortoise closer to water.
9:07 a.m. A walk-in requested to speak with an officer. Officer Jessica Ferreira spoke with the person and took a report.
9:58 a.m. Officer Jay Deiana completed community policing on Grandview Drive.
12:43 p.m. A walk-in requested to speak with an officer about a case of fraud. Officer Jessica Ferreira assisted and took a report.
1:04 p.m. An anonymous caller concerned about a nephew spoke with Officer Jessica Ferreira and refused to provide any identifying information.
1:33 p.m. A caller reported his vehicle stalled at a West Main Street intersection. Officer Jay Deiana responded and assisted in moving the vehicle off the road.
2:31 p.m. A caller reported a coyote running in the area of Saddle Hill Road. The animal control officer was notified.
3:16 p.m. The property manager at Highcroft Way reported a resident’s purse was stolen by a furniture delivery company employee. Officer Ryan Polselli responded and took a report.
5:22 p.m. Officer Cody Normandin assisted a disabled motor vehicle on Hayden Rowe Street.
6:27 p.m. Several callers reported a suspicious man on the side of the road of Lumber Street taking pictures of himself. Officers Ryan Polselli and Cody Normandin responded and took a report.
6:50 p.m. Officer Robert Ekross checked on a person in a motor vehicle on Wood Street who was headed to the Tufts veterinary facility in Grafton with a bleeding dog.
8:23 p.m. Officer Robert Ekross checked on a person in a vehicle on South Street who was taking a rest after a long drive.
9:28 p.m. A caller reported fireworks in the area of West Main Street. Officer Robert Ekross responded and checked the area with a negative find.

July 24
12:28 a.m. Officer Jay Deiana checked on Ash Street property.
1:35 a.m. An Exchange Street caller reported two unknown motor vehicles in his driveway and two people ran toward his car. Officers Robert Ekross, Kevin Sager and Jay Deiana responded. A second caller reported involved parties were attempting to prevent harassment. The original reporting person was to leave for the night. Officer Jay Deiana requested an on-call judge for an emergency abuse prevention order.
8:40 a.m. Officers Moira McGaffigan completed community policing via bike patrol on Main Street.
12:16 p.m. A Davis Road resident reported her vehicle was missing. Officer Jessica Ferreira responded, and the caller reported her mother had taken her vehicle. All was OK.
12:17 p.m. Officers Moira McGaffigan and Jay Deiana completed community policing on Legacy Farms South via bike patrol.
1:11 p.m. A caller reported a parking complaint on Cedar Street due to the temporary shutdown of the State Park. Officer Jessica Ferreira responded and spoke with the owners, and the vehicles were removed.
1:31 p.m. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil and Officer Jessica Ferreira responded to a motor vehicle accident involving injuries on East Main Street. An ambulance was requested and transported one person to the hospital. A tow truck removed a vehicle.
1:29 p.m. A caller reported a motor vehicle hit a deer on Interstate 495. The State Police were notified.
2:41 p.m. A Forest Lane resident reported a parking complaint. Officer Moira McGaffigan responded and reported all was set.
5:55 p.m. A Linden Street caller reported she had a stray dog with no tags in her yard. The animal control officer was contacted, and the owner picked up the dog.
5:58 p.m. A Grove Street caller reported a dead fox or coyote and an odor. The animal control officer was notified.
6:15 p.m. A caller reported he lost his wallet on Hayden Rowe Street the previous day and wanted it logged.
6:26 p.m. A caller reported a loud noise, either gunshots or fireworks, in the area of Hayden Rowe Street. Officer Tyler Brabham responded and checked the area with a negative find.
10:18 p.m. Officer Brian Sanchioni found youths climbing on construction equipment on Loop Road and removed them.
11:27 p.m. Officer Kevin Sager assisted a disabled motor vehicle that ran out of gas on Main Street.

July 25
10:16 a.m. A caller reported a yellow Lab in the middle of the roadway of West Main Street. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil and Officer Jessica Ferreira responded and checked the area with a negative find.
10:30 a.m. A caller reported chickens running in to the roadway of West Main Street. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil responded and reported they were turkeys.
10:37 a.m. A caller reported a yellow Lab loose on West Main Street. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil searched the area with a negative find.
11:24 a.m. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil responded to a motor vehicle accident with no personal injuries on Main Street. A report was to follow.
2:51 p.m. A walk-in reported a deceased cat on the side of the roadway of West Main Street. Messages were left for the DPW and the animal control officer.
3:47 p.m. A caller reported a black SUV parked in the driveway of a vacant Mayhew Court house. Officers Tyler Brabham and Brendon Lyver responded and spoke with the owner.
4:13 p.m. Officer Brendon Lyver checked on Mayhew Court property.
10:00 p.m. Officer Tyler Brabham checked on Ash Street property.

July 26
5:24 a.m. A caller reported a loose dog walking on the bike trail on Wood Street toward the MassPike. Officer Stephen Buckley responded and checked the area with a negative find.
5:47 a.m. A Walcott Street walk-in reported his car tire was slashed and he knew who did it. Officer Kevin Sager assisted and took a report.
7:02 a.m. A walk-in handed in a set of keys found on Loop Road.
9:45 a.m. Officer Philip Powers assisted a disabled motor vehicle on East Main Street.
11:53 a.m. A Frankland Road caller reported trespassing. Officer Matthew Santoro responded and spoke with all involved parties and took a report.
2:06 p.m. A caller reported she found a license plate on the side of the roadway of Fruit Street. The owner was contacted.
5:46 p.m. Sergeant Matthew McNeil and Officer Brian Sanchioni assisted a disabled motor vehicle on West Main Street.
6:46 p.m. Officer Brian Sanchioni assisted a person in picking up property on Main Street.
10:32 p.m. The Milford Police Department requested assistance. Officer Brian Sanchioni and K-9 Titan responded.
10:46 p.m. Officer Robert Ekross completed checks of a Main Street building.
11:59 p.m. A Stone Crossing Way caller reported the sound of gunshots in the area. Officer Cody Normandin responded and checked the area with a negative find.
