Nov. 18
2:07 a.m. Sgt. Shannon Beloin made checks of the school fields on Hayden Rowe Street.
7:16 a.m. A motorist reported she was hit by a tow truck on Lumber Street, and the operator drove away. Officer Noah Buentello responded and took a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident report.
9:59 a.m. A caller reported a possible oil tank leak on the ground on Downey Street. Officer Noah Buentello responded along with the Fire Department.
11:26 a.m. Deputy Chief Scott van Raalten assisted a Hayden Rowe Street business.
1:20 p.m. Officer Benjamin Vaz checked on the LNG plant on Wilson Street.
1:58 p.m. A Barbara Road caller reported receiving online threats. Officer Noah Buentello assisted and took a report.
3:34 p.m. A walk-in reported credit card fraud and ID theft. Officer Matthew LaTour assisted and took a report.
3:43 p.m. A concerned North Street resident complained of a vehicle going over 60 mph by his house where several children in the area were playing. The caller wanted the incident logged.
9:18 p.m. Officer Kyle Quinzani made checks of Sandy Beach on Lakeshore Drive.
11:06 p.m. A Constitution Court caller reported his ex-girlfriend was trespassing. She showed up at his apartment and was not wanted there. He requested assistance with removing her. He also stated that earlier in the day she showed up at his place of work in Wrentham and was removed. Sgt. Cody Normandin and Officers Lucille Creedon and Aline Matos responded and assisted.
Nov. 19
3:55 a.m. Sgt. Cody Normandin assisted a disabled motor vehicle on West Main Street near the Interstate 495 ramp. A tow truck was en route.
9:28 a.m. A caller reported traffic was backed up on West Main Street up onto Interstate 495 at Exit 54A and almost causing accidents. Officer Noah Buentello responded and reported the traffic was a result of Main Street construction.
11:32 a.m. Officer Augusto Diaz made checks of Hayden Rowe Street property.
1:41 p.m. Sgt. Matthew Santoro and Officer Augusto Diaz completed community policing at Marathon School on Hayden Rowe Street.
4:43 p.m. Officer Matthew LaTour notified Verizon of a tree on top of wires on Ash Street.
5:33 p.m. Sgt. Aaron O’Neil and Officers Justin Cappuccio, Matthew LaTour and Kyle Quinzani responded to a motor vehicle crash on Granite Street and blocked the road at Hayden Rowe Street. No personal injuries were reported. Verizon and Eversource were notified.
6:28 p.m. Sgt. Aaron O’Neil and Officer Justin Cappuccio responded to a motor vehicle accident on Main Street and took a report.
6:56 p.m. Officer Matthew LaTour took a crash report on West Main Street.
8:08 p.m. A caller complained of a dog barking on Mount Auburn Street. Officer Kyle Quinzani responded and reported the dog no longer was barking.
9:08 p.m. Officer Justin Cappuccio dropped off a wallet on Constitution Court that was found.
Nov. 20
12:31 a.m. Officer Aline Matos made checks of Pratt Way property.
8:54 a.m. A caller reported an injured deer on the side of the roadway on Cedar Street. Officer Noah Buentello responded and put down the animal. Officer Augusto Diaz assisted, and the animal control officer was notified for removal.
9:25 a.m. Sgt. Cody Normandin and Matthew Santoro responded along with the Fire Department to a report of the outside odor of natural gas on Ash Street.
11:12 a.m. A walk-in reported identity theft. Officer Noah Buentello assisted and took a report.
11:26 a.m. A caller complained of ongoing speeding on Saddle Hill Road. Officer Augusto Diaz spoke with the caller and was to conduct enforcement in the future.
11:31 a.m. Officer Augusto Diaz completed community relations on South Street.
12:43 p.m. Officer Noah Buentello made checks of the LNG plant on Wilson Street.
1:07 p.m. Officer Augusto Diaz made checks of Elmwood School on Elm Street.
2:17 p.m. A caller reported a low-hanging wire on Lumber Street. Officer Augusto Diaz responded and notified Verizon.
2:50 p.m. Multiple callers reported a motor vehicle accident on West Main Street with a smoking car leaking fluids. Sgt. Cody Normandin and Officers Kyle Quinzani and Augusto Diaz responded along with the Fire Department. A tow truck removed the vehicle. A criminal application for negligent operation, failure to yield and marked lanes violation was issued to the driver.
3:12 p.m. Officer Sean McKeon and the Fire Department responded to a report of the odor of natural gas on Mayhew Street.
3:17 p.m. Officers Brian Ziniti and Kyle Quinzani assisted a disabled tractor-trailer unit on Main Street. A mechanic responded to assist.
3:31 p.m. A caller reported a road rage incident and accident on West Elm Street. Officer Nicholas Saletnik responded and took a report.
Nov. 21
2:14 a.m. Officer Lucille Creedon checked on a motor vehicle behind the school and found it unoccupied and with a staff parking sticker on it.
7:25 a.m. A school teacher reported he was in a verbal argument with a man walking his dog on Hayden Rowe Street. The caller was getting out of his car when the man approached him about five minutes earlier. The caller wanted the incident logged.
8:05 a.m. The Northbridge Police Department requested an officer to make contact with a Second Road resident and tell him to move his car that was blocking a driveway in their town. Officer Noah Buentello spoke with the owner’s father, who was to contact the owner and tell him to move his vehicle.
9:54 a.m. A Hayden Rowe Street caller reported her cat got out of the house two hours earlier and wanted the incident logged. The animal control officer was notified.
10:12 a.m. A supervisor at a Main Street business reported ongoing illegal dumping. Officer Matthew LaTour responded, and the caller gave him the license plate number of the person dumping trash.
11:25 a.m. A walk-in reported she found some discarded cylinders on the side of the roadway on East Main Street. The incident was logged.
12:36 p.m. A motorist reported she struck an illegally parked vehicle on Davis Road. Officer Matthew LaTour spoke with all involved parties and took a crash report.
1:11 p.m. The State Police reported receiving a 911 text about a male driver in a blue Mazda intentionally trying to hit other vehicles and headed to Upton. Officer Noah Buentello checked West Main Street to the town line with a negative find and notified the Upton Police Department.
4:56 p.m. Officer Sean McKeon and the Fire Department responded to Autumn Ridge Drive to a report of the inside odor of gas.
6:11 p.m. Officer Kyle Quinzani made checks of Sandy Beach on Lakeshore Drive.
10:47 p.m. Officer Brian Ziniti made checks of Main Street buildings.
Nov. 22
11:49 a.m. The Upton Police Department requested assistance with traffic on West Main Street while escorting the Upton girls soccer team to Interstate 495. Sgt. William Burchard and Officer Augusto Diaz assisted.
1:09 p.m. Sgt. William Burchard and the Fire Department responded to Clubhouse Lane to a report of the inside odor of gas.
1:49 p.m. Officer Nicholas Saletnik took a report of fraud on North Mill Street.
6:36 p.m. A caller reported her phone was stolen and was pinging to a Freedom Way address. Officer Justin Cappuccio was to go to the residence.
6:45 p.m. Officer Brian Ziniti completed community relations on Hayden Rowe Street.
8:06 p.m. A motorist reported she struck a deer on East Main Street, and it ran off into the woods. Officer Brian Ziniti responded and notified the DPW, as there was a lot of fur left on the double yellow line. The deer appeared to be injured and still was in the area.
9:20 p.m. Officer Justin Cappuccio made checks of the Fruit Street fields.
9:58 a.m. Officer Justin Cappuccio checked on a vehicle parked on South Street and found all the windows down and nobody around.
10:08 p.m. A caller reported a fight on Revolutionary Way. The incident was logged.
Nov. 23
2:06 p.m. Sgt. Shannon Beloin checked on Parkwood Drive property.
2:49 a.m. Sgt. Shannon Beloin issued a written warning for an overnight parking violation on Church Street.
8:38 a.m. A walk-in requested to speak with an officer about court the following day. Officer Nicholas Saletnik assisted and took a report.
9:58 a.m. A caller reported inappropriate graffiti on Hayden Rowe Street. Officer Augusto Diaz responded and notified the DPW.
2:58 p.m. A Glen Road resident reported a suspicious person, possibly a solicitor, knocked on her door. Officer Justin Cappuccio responded, and the person was gone upon his arrival.
3:52 p.m. Multiple callers reported a vehicle rollover on Cedar Street near the State Park entrance. Multiple officers responded along with the Fire Department. Personal injuries were reported.
10:26 p.m. A Constitution Court resident reported a disturbance in the apartment above his. Officers Robert Ekross, Sean McKeon and Brian Ziniti responded and spoke with all parties involved and found no signs of a disturbance.
Nov. 24
1:30 a.m. Sgt. Shannon Beloin issued an overnight parking ban violation on Hayden Rowe Street.
1:43 a.m. Sgt. Shannon Beloin issued an overnight parking ban violation on Eastview Road.
8:16 a.m. Officer Benjamin Vaz came upon a loose dog running in and out of the roadway on Church Place. The dog subsequently was secured by its owner.
9:04 a.m. A caller reported debris in the roadway on West Main Street. Officer Robert Ekross removed it and notified the DPW.
9:37 a.m. A walk-in reported fraud. Officer Robert Ekross assisted and took a report.
12:42 p.m. A walk-in reported a lost phone case. The incident was logged.
3:21 p.m. Officer Kyle Quinzani completed community relations on Hayden Rowe Street.
8:38 p.m. Officer Justin Cappuccio assisted the State Police on Interstate 495 with a broken-down school van that had students on board. Staff and students were picked up by another van, and the van was towed.














The no right turn sign on Wood St at the Day Care Facility needs to be moved to a more visible area for those coming out onto Wood St. don’t know if the drivers can’t see it or just choose to ignore it.
