Water-Sewer Department manager Jed Fenneuff announced that construction crews will perform work on the new water main for Charleswood School on Wednesday.
According to Fenneuff, the work will begin at 9 a.m. He noted that residents nearby on Hayden Rowe Street may experience discolored water.
The announcement indicated residents who experience discoloration can resolve the issue by flushing the cold water pipes in their homes, as doing so allows trapped sediments to be released. The Water-Sewer Department recommends residents check their water before use.
