According to Water and Sewer Department manager Eric Carty, crews were working Sunday morning to repair a water main break on Teresa Road.

“The water will be off between Hayden Rowe and Nicholas during repairs,” Carty announced. “Others in the area may notice some discoloration.”

This is the third water pipe issue in the past four days, as there were two repairs on Thursday. Carty indicated cold and frost are the most likely causes, noting that the old cast-iron mains are more susceptible to breaks in the winter.
