As the Upper Charles Trail Committee discussed modifications to its charge Wednesday night, some members expressed displeasure about the influence of the Trails Committee over the UCTC’s direction.

The Open Space Preservation Commission voted at its meeting Thursday night to accept an open space donation as part of the Emerald Drive development on Hayden Rowe Street, just north of College Street.
