Hopkinton Today: Friday, May 11

by | May 12, 2023 | Featured: Features,

Good morning, Hopkinton! Welcome to the daily update we call Hopkinton Today — a quick recap of yesterday’s news, highlights of what’s on tap, and a photo of the day.

A high-speed police pursuit through the center of Hopkinton during morning rush hour ended with a crash at the corner of Main Street and Mount Auburn Street.

Two neighborhoods abutting a contentious property off of Kimball Road joined forces to stop the tree clearing planned for the 60-acre site by working with the property owner to address their concerns.

This week’s Baypath Adoptable Animal is Tod, a 1-year-old “active and intelligent dog who is excited to find his new adventure buddy.”

The 10th annual Fore Paws Golf Tournament to benefit Baypath Humane Society will be held Friday, June 9, at Cyprian Keyes Golf Club in Boylston.

The annual MetroWest K95K, a dog-friendly trail run/walk for teams and individuals through the woods at the MetroWest YMCA in Hopkinton, will be held Sunday, June 11, at 10 a.m.
