A first look at Superintendent Carol Cavanaugh’s goals and a request for more detailed minutes going forward were among the topics on Thursday’s School Committee agenda.

The Massachusetts Department of Transportation announced an update to plans for temporarily closing the Fruit Street bridge over Interstate 495 in Hopkinton. MassDOT also announced upcoming nighttime closures to the southbound on-ramp from I-90.

The town on Friday issued an update on the Main Street Corridor Project, noting that the final six transformers of the 12 necessary to complete the project were received from Eversource. They are in the testing phase, and no issues are anticipated.
