Good morning, Hopkinton! Welcome to the daily update we call Hopkinton Today — a quick recap of yesterday’s news, highlights of what’s on tap, and a photo of the day.

Concerned with safety in the Hopkinton Public Schools, one parent is planning to submit an article for the May 2025 Annual Town Meeting calling for a safety assessment and possibly more.

After voting Tuesday night to sign the warrant for the Special Town Meeting set for Nov. 18, Select Board members raised concerns about whether there was enough time allotted for public notification.

The Elementary School Building Committee on Tuesday voted to use a two-sided, L-shaped mock-up structure for performance testing of building materials for the new Charleswood school building.

Hopkinton High School boys cross country coach Laura McKenzie talked about her team’s outstanding performance in the Tri-Valley League Showcase and its overall strong campaign this season.
