It seems like only yesterday that a fair cross section of Hopkinton political viewpoints got together and, together, we managed to remove one divisive aspect of Hopkinton’s political, if not daily life. (Petition signers: Democrats 28%, Republicans 16%, unenrolled 56%. Town registered voters: D 22%, R 12%, U 65%.) Now, so shortly thereafter, we have others doing their best to create divisiveness within this community. One might have hoped Hopkinton had progressed way past schoolyard taunts.
— Ed Harrow, Hopkinton
