     12:20 p.m. A caller reported an IRS phone call scam and wanted the incident logged.

     10:46 p.m. Officer Moira McGaffigan found an open door at a Church Street building, checked the area, and secured the building.

October 18

     2:59 p.m. Officer Panagiotis Hontzeas assisted a trash truck stuck in trees on Davis Road.

     4:07 p.m. A caller reported a vehicle ran her off the roadway of West Main Street. Sergeant Timothy Brennan and Officer Derek Morton responded and a report will follow.

     4:09 p.m. A motorist reported an erratic operator on East Main Street. Officer Derek Morton responded and the vehicle was gone upon his arrival.

     6:44 p.m. Officer Benjamin Stickney checked on an individual on West Main Street, who was waiting for a bus. All was okay.

     7:50 p.m. The Milford Police Department requested a Scarlata Road resident be contacted about an incident in Milford. Officer Benjamin Stickney located the individual and assisted.

October 19

     10:11 a.m. A walk-in handed in a wallet found on West Main Street.

     10:38 a.m. A caller spoke with Officer Stephen Buckley about past fraud on a credit card account. The charges have been canceled and she has been reimbursed.

     10:56 a.m. A Wedgewood Drive walk-in reported an individual syphoned gasoline out of his vehicle overnight. Officer Panagiotis Hotzeas responded and took a report.

     8:30 p.m. A taxi driver reported an unpaid fare from a female who jumped out of the cab on Whirty Circle. Officers Philip Powers and Derek Morton responded and checked the area for the female with a negative find.

October 20

     11:07 a.m. Officer Stephen Buckley provided a courtesy transport to an individual from Ash Street to the town common.

     12:43 p.m. A caller reported fallen wires on Pleasant Street. Officer Stephen Buckley responded and contacted Verizon.

     2:33 p.m. A walk-in spoke with Officer Stephen Buckley about a case of fraud. A report will follow.

     5:06 p.m. Officer John Corridan responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident involving two cars on Main Street. No injuries were reported. A tow truck was requested.

October 21

     4:21 a.m. A resident from Golden Pond on West Main Street reported she needed help getting out of her room and no staff was around to assist her. Officer Jay Deiana responded and spoke with Golden Pond staff.

     8:19 a.m. A caller reported the doors at a Main Street store were half open and an alarm box was open, but no employee was in the store. Officer Arthur Schofield responded and located an employee inside. All was okay.

     3:17 p.m. A walk-in reported losing her cell phone at Dunkin Donuts on West Main Street. When she went back to look for it, it was gone, and it has since been turned off. She wanted the incident logged.

     5:47 p.m. A caller reported a suspicious person in a black SUV on Main Street. Officers John Corridan and Moira McGaffigan responded and found a limo driver waiting for a customer. All was okay.

     6:12 p.m. A caller reported a person sleeping in a vehicle, possibly a grey Toyota Camry, on Wood Street. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil and Officer Moira McGaffigan responded and subsequently arrested Paula M. Erickson, 44, of 51 Summer St., Westborough and charged her with OUI Liquor, 2nd Offense.

October 22

     4:05 p.m. A walk-in reported possible identity theft. Officer Derek Morton assisted, and a report will follow.

     5:08 p.m. Sergeant Timothy Brennan and Officer Moira McGaffigan responded to a motor vehicle accident involving two cars on West Main Street. No injuries were reported.

     10:19 p.m. A caller reported the smell of smoke in the middle of the roadway of Chestnut Street. Officer Derek Norton responded and found chimney smoke coming from a nearby house. All was okay.

October 23

     6:03 a.m. A caller reported a dumpster has been moved in to the roadway of Parker Point Road. Sergeant Matthew McNeil responded and reported the dumpster is associated with a recent building teardown. The recycling company was contacted for dumpster removal.

     12:08 p.m. A McDermott Lane resident reported a hit and run in which a vehicle struck her mailbox and damaged it. Officer John Corridan responded and took a report.

     12:32 p.m. A caller reported a dead deer on Route 495 South. The State Police were notified.

     7:30 p.m. A caller reported a motor vehicle operator hit a rock on West Elm Street. Officer Derek Morton responded and assisted the owner, who will be able to drive the vehicle home.

October 24

     7:54 a.m. A Davis Road caller reported a suspicious male walking between cars, looking in to windows. Officers Stephen Buckley and Panagiotis Hontzeas responded and checked the area with a negative find.

     8:48 a.m. An ongoing dispute between West Elm Street neighbors regarding barking dogs was logged.

     1:32 p.m. A caller complained that a tree crew is working without a police detail on East Street. Officer Panagiotis Hontzeas responded and spoke with the crew.

     3:42 p.m. A caller reported a 68-year-old Davis Road resident has anxiety and is making concerning statements. Officer Benjamin Stickney responded and spoke with the person along with a clinician. A report will follow.

October 25

     8:39 a.m. A caller reported a suspicious man lingering and changing locations in a West Main Street parking lot for several hours every day. Officer Stephen Buckley responded and a report will follow.

     9:18 a.m. A caller reported a small dog running loose on Frankland Road. The caller was advised of the non- emergency line to use. Officer John Corridan responded and contacted the Animal Control Officer.

     12:59 p.m. A caller reported an injured deer in an East Main Street back yard. When the Animal Control Officer approached, the deer limped away with two other deer.

     1:24 p.m. A caller complained of a disabled landscape trailer parked on Front Street for several days. The landscaper was contacted and will make arrangements for removal.

     4:32 p.m. Sergeant Timothy Brennan and Officers Derek Morton and Panagiotis Hontzeas responded to a motor vehicle accident on School Street. Philip W. Butler, 57, of 225 Winter Street was arrested and charged with OUI Liquor, Speeding, and Unsafe Operation of a Motor Vehicle. A tow truck was requested, and the Fire Department responded to clean an oil spill.

     9:24 p.m. A caller reported an erratic operator on Legacy Farms South. Officer Derek Morton responded and advised the operator of the complaint.

October 26

     8:37 a.m. A caller requested to speak with an officer about a possible restraining order violation. Officer Stephen Buckley assisted the caller.

     8:37 a.m. The Upton Police Department requested assistance in locating the moving truck that hit several mailboxes in Upton. Sergeant Joseph Bennett responded and located the truck and gathered the driver’s information.

     9:43 a.m. Officer Arthur Schofield attempted to relay information to a Woodview Way resident on behalf of the Marlborough Police Department.

     10:21 a.m. A caller reported her vehicle missing from West Main Street. Before Officer Stephen Buckley’s arrival, the caller called back and stated she found her vehicle parked at a different entrance and she has left the area.

     5:17 p.m. A caller reported a truck overheating on West Main Street. Officer John Corridan responded and stood by while a tow truck responded.

     4:36 P.M. An Alexander Road resident reported someone is attempting to enter his home. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil and Officer Moira McGaffigan responded and reported the caller’s father was doing work on the front door. All was okay.

     9:31 p.m. A caller reported youths egging houses on Briarcliff Drive. Officers Moira McGaffigan and John Corridan responded and spoke with the parents of the offenders.

October 27

     11:57 a.m. A caller reported Cub Scouts hanging off the side of a Jeep while making deliveries on Fruit Street. Officer Panagiotis Hontzeas responded and reported when he passed the vehicle, he witnessed all occupants inside of the vehicle.

     12:02 p.m. Officer Stephen Buckley checked on a person on South Street, an Uber driver waiting for a customer. All was okay.

     1:27 p.m. A Proctor Street resident reported her black and white cat is missing. The information was forwarded to the Animal Control Officer.

     2:49 p.m. A Constitution Court caller reported she received threatening messages from her daughter’s boyfriend’s mother. Officer Arthur Schofield responded and spoke with the reporting person.

     8:48 p.m. A caller reported a transformer exploded on Wilson Street and there is no power in the area. Officers Benjamin Stickney and Moira McGaffigan responded along with the Fire Department and contacted Eversource about the explosion and loss of power.

     10:03 p.m. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil and Officer Moira McGaffigan conducted a motor vehicle stop on Claflin Avenue and found youths in possession of alcohol and marijuana. Parents and the School Resource Officer were notified.

     10:11 p.m. A caller reported unwanted parties from another town at a house party on Old Farm Road. Officer Benjamin Stickney responded and spoke with the homeowner, who stated he is fine with the out-of-towners staying.

October 28

     1:13 a.m. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil assisted the Ashland Police Department after an individual pulled out a gun and pointed it at officers in a parking lot. The suspect was located in Hopkinton’s town common.

     8:12 a.m. A caller reported a dog running in the roadway of Wood Street. Officer Arthur Schofield and the Animal Control Officer responded and spoke with a resident, who stated she is dog siting and the dog escaped.

     11:28 p.m. A Wood Street caller reported hearing twenty or more gunshots in the area. Sergeant Matthew McNeil and Officer Brendon Lyver responded and found all quiet.

October 29

     12:02 a.m. Sergeant Matthew McNeil checked on a person in a parked vehicle on West Main Street. He was asleep. All was okay.

     12:12 a.m. A Cunningham Street caller reported a 75 lb. Black Lab missing. Sergeant Matthew McNeil and the Animal Control Officer were advised.

     1:35 a.m. A caller reported a possibly drunk individual on West Main Street. Sergeant Matthew McNeil and Officer Brendon Lyver responded and issued a Breathlyzer test, which the individual, who was tired, passed.

     8:57 a.m. Sergeant John Porter notified the DPW of a broken green traffic light on West Main Street.

     12:21 p.m. A Sylvan Way resident reported receiving scam mail and wanted the incident logged.

     1:12 p.m. A caller reported a black pick up truck pulled in to a West Main Street parking lot, and the driver does not appear old enough to drive. Officer John Corridan responded and checked the area with a negative find.

     9:09 p.m. Officer Derek Morton assisted a disabled motor vehicle on West Elm Street.

October 30

     7:41 a.m. A Patriot’s Boulevard caller reported a neighbor’s house alarm has been sounding for ten minutes. Officer Stephen Buckley responded and it was determined a faulty detector was in the master bedroom. The detector was removed from the system, and the neighbor will notify the homeowner.

     9:50 a.m. Officer Stephen Buckley advised a tree crew working without a police detail on Spring Street to shut down until a detail officer could report to the scene.

     12:16 p.m. A caller reported a motorized vehicle on the Center Trail. Officers Stephen Buckley and Panagiotis Hontzeas responded and advised the person about no motorized bikes allowed on the trail.

     4:59 p.m. A walk-in complained of a large pile of concrete dumped on the side of the roadway of Frankland Road. Officer Derek Morton responded and left a message for the DPW.

     5:34 p.m. A caller reported an individual getting in to his vehicle on Hayward Street appears intoxicated. Officers Benjamin Stickney and Derek Morton responded and found the person still in a parked car. A friend was to pick him up.

     7:00 p.m. Officers Derek Morton and Benjamin Stickney responded to a motor vehicle accident on Main Street. No injuries were reported and no damage to either vehicle occurred.
