May 11
7:52 a.m. A caller reported a landscaping truck ran over a curb on Chestnut Street and wanted the incident logged.
9:57 a.m. A Lakeshore Drive caller requested assistance with obtaining a restraining order. Officer Matthew Santoro assisted.
10:30 a.m. A detail officer reported he received a report of people fishing in the conservation area on Pond Street, where the caller believes it is unsafe. Officer Ryan Polselli responded and reported they were allowed to fish there.
10:48 a.m. Officers Ryan Polselli and Matthew Santoro completed community policing on Mount Auburn Street.
1:03 p.m. A Woodview Way walk-in reported a case of fraud. Officer Matthew Santoro assisted.
3:46 p.m. A caller reported a vehicle was off the roadway on West Elm Street and sticking up in the air. Officers Benjamin Stickney and Jessica Ferreira responded and reported the vehicle was almost on its side in a ditch. A tow truck was requested for removal. No personal injuries were reported. The operator stated he did not realize how deep the ditch was.
9:40 p.m. The Ashland animal control officer reported two brown horses running loose at an apartment complex on East Main Street. Officers Tyler Brabham and Benjamin Stickney responded and reported the horses were reunited with their owners, who live on East Main Street.

May 12
9:10 a.m. An Alprilla Farm Road resident reported a case of fraud in which his Best Buy account was hacked and a person in town placed an order to be delivered. Officer Philip Powers responded and spoke to the person. A report was to follow.
11:21 a.m. Officers Benjamin Stickney and Moira McGaffigan completed community policing on Mayhew Street.
12:37 p.m. A Wood Street caller reported a suspicious vehicle in her driveway. The operator claimed to be a private investigator. Officer Jay Deiana responded and all checked out OK.
1:32 p.m. Officers Jay Deiana and Philip Powers completed community policing on Spruce Street.
3:00 p.m. A Constitution Court resident complained of residents smoking in the building. Officer Preston Mucciarone responded and spoke with the manager of the facility. A report was to follow.
5:50 p.m. A Crispwater Way caller reported receiving threats. Officer Brian Sanchioni responded and took a report.
6:20 p.m. A caller complained of three or four small motorcycles speeding on Ash Street. Sergeant William Burchard and Officer Brian Sanchioni responded. The motorcycles were gone upon their arrival.
6:34 p.m. A caller reported a rabid raccoon on Ash Street. Officer Brian Sanchioni responded and contacted the animal control officer, who removed the animal.
8:14 p.m. A Revolutionary Way resident reported a black BMW had been parked in the neighborhood for several days with its hazard lights on. Officers Preston Mucciarone and Brian Sanchioni responded and spoke with the owner.

May 13
1:12 p.m. A Thayer Heights Road caller reported two suspicious males walking in the neighborhood. Officers Moira McGaffigan and Philip Powers responded and spoke with the males, who live in the neighborhood. All was OK.
3:16 p.m. A caller reported smoldering mulch on Revolutionary Way. Officer Derek Morton responded along with the Fire Department.
4:02 p.m. A Ralph Road caller reported someone walking in the woods behind his house. He also saw two police cruisers drive by and found it suspicious. Sergeant William Burchard and Officer Derek Morton responded and checked the area with a negative find.
4:13 p.m. An Alexander Road caller reported her son had been gone for two hours and may be missing. Sergeant William Burchard and Officers Preston Mucciarone and Brian Sanchioni responded and found the boy on the bike trail near his father.
12:25 p.m. A Longwood Drive resident complained of speeding in the neighborhood. Officer Derek Morton responded and checked the neighborhood.
6:01 p.m. A caller reported about six youths playing on a high school field in violation of the governor’s order. Officer Preston Mucciarone responded and checked the area with a negative find.
6:46 p.m. A Teresa Road caller reported the water coming from her household faucet was brown. The Water Department was notified.
7:48 p.m. Officers Derek Morton and Bran Sanchioni responded to a motor vehicle accident on West Main Street involving two cars. No injuries were reported.
9:43 p.m. A Lakeshore Drive caller requested to speak with an officer about a suspicious letter her mother received. Officer Brian Sanchioni took a report.
10:33 p.m. An Ash Street caller complained of a neighbor’s dog barking outside and keeping the neighbors awake. Officer Preston Mucciarone responded and advised the owner to bring the dog in for the night.

May 14
1:33 a.m. Multiple calls were received about a motor vehicle accident on West Main Street, where a car crashed into a pole and snapped the base. Sergeant Arthur Schofield and Officers Robert Ekross and Stephen Buckley responded along with an ambulance. A 38-year-old male was evaluated and issued a citation for marked lanes violation. Property damage to mailboxes, a stone wall and a pole were reported. Verizon was notified. Officer Buckley provided a courtesy transport to the driver’s home.
10:11 a.m. A caller reported a possible sick bird on Hidden Brick Road. The animal control officer was notified.
10:51 p.m. Sergeant Timothy Brennan and Officers Matthew Santoro and Philip Powers completed community policing on Prestwick Drive.
12:05 p.m. An East Main Street caller reported an ongoing theft from a business. Officer Moira McGaffigan responded and took a report.
1:18 p.m. A caller reported losing his car keys on the Center Trail and wanted the incident logged.
2:47 p.m. Officer Philip Powers removed several youths from the high school athletic fields on Hayden Rowe Street.
7:51 p.m. A caller reported illegal burning on Wood Street. Officer Derek Morton responded along with the Fire Department.
10:30 p.m. A Westcott Drive resident reported the interior odor of gas after a burner was left on. Officer Derek Morton responded along with the Fire Department, and zero readings were found in the house.

May 15
7:09 a.m. A caller reported fallen wires on Grove Street. Officer Matthew Santoro responded and contacted Verizon.
10:51 a.m. Sergeant Timothy Brennan and Officers Matthew Santoro and Philip Powers completed community policing on Downey Street, Glen Road, Hayden Rowe Street, Primrose Circle and Juniper Trail.
12:16 p.m. A caller reported receiving threats via Facebook. Officer Matthew Santoro assisted.
2:10 p.m. Sergeant Timothy Brennan and Officers Moira McGaffigan and Philip Powers responded to a two-car motor vehicle accident involving injuries on Main Street. An ambulance responded. Two vehicles were towed. A report will follow.
3:05 p.m. Officers Derek Morton, Preston Mucciarone and Tyler Brabham responded to a two-car motor vehicle accident on Cedar Street, where one passenger fled the scene. No personal injuries were reported. A tow truck was requested.
7:13 p.m. A Pond Street resident reported her neighbor was operating an excavator past 7 p.m. Officer Derek Morton responded and spoke with the neighbor about town bylaws.
11:06 p.m. A Whalen Road caller reported a loud noise and subsequent power outage. Officer Robert Ekross responded and found no fallen wire or hazards. Eversource was contacted.

May 16
12:28 p.m. A caller reported youths on high school fields in violation of the governor’s orders. Sergeant Matthew McNeil responded to Hayden Rowe Street and removed the teens.
2:30 p.m. Sergeant Timothy Brennan assisted a caller attempting to contact the Board of Health regarding a burial transit permit for an outgoing flight.
4:18 p.m. An Alprilla Farm Road caller reported an altercation with a person who was passing by. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil and Officer Jessica Ferreira responded. A report was to follow.
6:45 p.m. Officer Benjamin Stickney spoke to a tree crew working on Chestnut Street about work hours.
7:13 p.m. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil assisted a disabled motor vehicle on West Main Street.
10:51 p.m. A Winter Street caller reported hearing gunshots in the area. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil and Officer Jessica Ferreira responded and found all quiet.

May 17
12:55 a.m. On West Main Street, Sergeant William Burchard and Officers Brendon Lyver and Stephen Buckley checked on a vehicle and found four college friends talking. The individuals were sent on their way.
1:29 a.m. A Nicholas Road resident reported hearing what sounded like a gunshot in the vicinity. Officer Stephen Buckley responded and found all quiet in the area.
3:30 a.m. A Fruit Street caller reported what sounded like a vehicle crashing into the woods and continuing driving. Sergeant William Burchard and Officers Brendon Lyver and Stephen Buckley responded and located the vehicle on a soccer field at the Fruit Street Athletic Complex. A tow truck was requested. A criminal application was issued for operation of a motor vehicle without license.
7:16 a.m. A Wood Street caller reported finding all doors of a vehicle open. Sergeant Matthew McNeil responded and took a report of the suspicious activity.
1:31 p.m. A Ledgestone Drive caller reported an injured deer in her yard. Sergeant Matthew McNeil and Officer Brendon Lyver responded and subsequently notified the animal control officer.
4:09 p.m. An Overlook Road resident reported two people walked up to her residence the day before and requested checks of the neighborhood. Officer Jessica Ferreira spoke with the caller.

May 18
7:44 a.m. A Walcott Street passerby reported to Officer Ryan Polselli that his gray cat was missing. The animal control officer was notified.
8:31 a.m. A caller reported a large box truck pulled wires down on Ray Street. Officers Ryan Polselli and Moira McGaffigan responded and reported the wires were low but not in the roadway. Eversource and Verizon were notified.
8:33 a.m. The Westborough Police Department reported a motor vehicle accident on Wood Street. Officers Brendon Lyver and Benjamin Stickney responded and reported one patient had a head injury. An ambulance responded and transported one patient to the hospital. A tow truck was requested. A report was to follow.
8:57 a.m. A caller reported illegal dumping on Clinton Street. Officer Ryan Polselli responded and checked the area and spoke with Audubon Society personnel, who stated the trash was just removed by one of the club’s members.
9:39 a.m. Officer Moira McGaffigan notified the DPW about a speed limit sign on Ash Street that had graffiti on it.
11:33 a.m. A caller reported a possibly impaired driver sitting in a West Main Street gas station parking lot. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil and Officers Brendon Lyver and Benjamin Stickney responded and spoke with the driver and all was OK.
12:49 p.m. A caller reported possible identity fraud via mail. Officer Benjamin Stickney responded and assisted.
1:18 p.m. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil and Officers Philip Powers and Benjamin Stickney completed community policing on Appaloosa Circle.
2:20 p.m. A caller reported a mentally challenged male flailing his arms at cars on Hayden Rowe Street. Officer Philip Powers responded and located the individual doing the same on the rail trail in Milford. The Milford Police Department was notified.
2:23 p.m. A Cedar Street caller reported hearing someone screaming at the Southborough train station. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil and Officer Brendon Lyver responded and notified the Southborough Police Department.
9:54 p.m. Sergeant William Burchard assisted a disabled motor vehicle on West Main Street.
10:35 p.m. The Upton Police Department requested assistance searching for a motor vehicle involved in a prior accident and believed to be traveling to Hopkinton. Sergeant William Burchard and Officer Preston Mucciarone responded and checked the area with a negative find. The vehicle was subsequently located in Westborough.
