ARRESTS

August 21
4:38 a.m. A caller reported an accident involving a male in a blue Toyota by the State Park entrance on Cedar Street. Officers Brennan Grimley and Nicholas Saletnik responded and requested translation assistance from the Milford Police Department. A 23-year-old from Framingham was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and OUI liquor.
11:45 p.m. On West Main Street, Officer Brennan Grimley arrested a 22-year-old Franklin resident and charged him with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operation of a motor vehicle with license suspended. Officer Nicholas Saletnik provided a passenger with a courtesy transport to a West Main Street gas station.

12:05 a.m. Officer Nicholas Saletnik checked on Parkwood Drive property.
12:20 a.m. Officer Brennan Grimley checked on a motor vehicle on Hayden Rowe Street and moved the occupants along.
5:56 a.m. Officer Robert Ekross responded to Lumber Street to a vehicle complaint.
9:55 a.m. Officer Basit Dennis checked on Wilson Street property.
11:38 a.m. Officer Basit Dennis made checks of Legacy Farms North.
11:41 a.m. Officer Basit Dennis made checks of the LNG plant on Wilson Street.

August 17
1:34 a.m. The State Police requested assistance blocking off both ramps on West Main Street that lead to Interstate 495 north due to an accident on the highway. Officers Basit Dennis and Nicholas Saletnik responded and placed cones by the entrances.
6:04 a.m. Officer Nicholas Saletnik assisted a tractor-trailer that ran out of gas on Main Street. A person was to drop off gasoline shortly.
7:06 a.m. Sergeant Timothy Brennan and Officer Tyler Staback assisted a disabled motor vehicle in the CVS parking lot on Main Street.
7:11 a.m. A South Street caller reported a catalytic converter was stolen off a truck. Officers Matthew Santoro and Alexander Stewart responded and took a report.
8:31 a.m. A caller reported catalytic converters were stolen from two box trucks on South Street. Officers Matthew Santoro and Alexander Stewart responded and took a report.
9:22 a.m. A caller reported a truck backed into the street sign on Maple Street at the corner with Grove Street and damaged it. Officer Tyler Staback responded and took a report.
11:26 a.m. Officer Tyler Staback checked on the LNG plant on Wilson Street.
1:08 p.m. A caller reported trying to get personal property from a West Main Street house but was unable to because the owner was being difficult. Sergeant Timothy Brennan and Officers Tyler Staback, Matthew Santoro and Alexander Stewart responded and took a report.
2:07 p.m. Officer Brittany Firth responded to a civil dispute between two people over handguns.
2:38 p.m. A walk-in reported an incident at the Sunoco station on Main Street. Sergeant Timothy Brennan and Officer Brittany Firth assisted and took a report.
3:49 p.m. A caller reported a dog lying in a parking lot on Hayden Rowe Street and not looking well. Officer Sean McKeon responded and notified the animal control officer.
7:19 p.m. A caller reported threats. Officer Basit Dennis assisted and took a report.
9:15 p.m. Officer Cody Normandin checked on South Street property.
10:17 p.m. Officer Basit Dennis checked on a motor vehicle parked on Hayden Rowe Street and moved the occupants along.

August 18
12:12 a.m. Officer Basit Dennis made checks of East Main Street property.
12:40 a.m. Officer Nicholas Saletnik checked on Elm Street property.
2:34 a.m. Officer Nicholas Saletnik made checks of South Street businesses.
8:07 a.m. A motorist reported her vehicle was leaking gasoline on West Main Street. Officers Matthew Santoro and Alexander Stewart responded along with the Fire Department.
9:38 a.m. A Locust Lane resident reported her grandson locked her in the bedroom. Officers Matthew Santoro and Alexander Stewart responded and assisted the caller.
10:45 a.m. Chief Joseph Bennett and Officers Alexander Stewart, Shannon Beloin, Tyler Staback and Matthew Santoro completed community relations on West Main Street.
12:19 p.m. Officer Shannon Beloin assisted a disabled motor vehicle on Cedar Street.
4:35 p.m. Sergeant Arthur Schofield and Officer Matthew LaTour responded to a motor vehicle accident on East Main Street. No personal injuries were reported. A written warning was issued for following too closely.
6:41 p.m. A Price Chopper employee on West Main Street reported a man panhandling at the store, and he would not leave the property. Sergeant Arthur Schofield and Officer Cody Normandin responded and spoke with the individual, who left without incident.
6:54 p.m. Chief Joseph Bennett completed community relations on Hayden Rowe Street.
9:40 p.m. A motorist reported a silver pickup truck driving erratically in the middle of the roadway on Cedar Street. Officer Matthew LaTour responded and checked the area with a negative find.
10:38 p.m. Sergeant Arthur Schofield checked on Pratt Way property.
10:41 p.m. A caller reported youths playing Frisbee on West Main Street. Sergeant Arthur Schofield and Officer Cody Normandin responded and moved them along.
10:43 p.m. Officer Cody Normandin checked on a motor vehicle revving its engine on West Main Street. All was OK.

August 19
12:08 a.m. Officer Basit Dennis checked on a Wood Street building.
12:26 a.m. Officer Basit Dennis checked on an Elm Street building.
2:03 a.m. Officers Brennan Grimley and Basit Dennis made checks of South Street property.
5:23 a.m. Officer Basit Dennis made checks of Sandy Beach on Lakeshore Drive.
6:38 a.m. An Ash Street caller reported his tan and white pit bull was loose. The animal control officer was contacted.
8:57 a.m. A Nazneen Circle resident requested help with a bird that flew into her garage. Officer Alexander Stewart responded along with the animal control officer. The bird was removed.
8:58 a.m. Officer Tyler Staback assisted a disabled motor vehicle with a blown-out tire on West Main Street. AAA was en route.
2:23 p.m. Officer Alexander Stewart completed community policing on Lumber Street.
2:30 p.m. A caller reported someone on a microphone yelling racial slurs on Walcott Valley Drive. Officers Shannon Beloin and Tyler Staback responded and spoke with a 17-year-old autistic male.
4:14 p.m. An employee at a Cedar Street business reported a vehicle was parked in the parking lot for 20 hours. Officer Cody Normandin responded and ticketed the vehicle.
5:41 p.m. Sergeant Arthur Schofield and Officers Matthew LaTour and Cody Normandin responded to a motor vehicle accident on Main Street. A tow truck was requested for both vehicles. No personal injuries were reported.
6:39 p.m. A walk-in requested to speak with an officer about harassment. Officer Cody Normandin assisted and took a report.
7:19 p.m. A caller reported seeing a cow on the trails on Ash Street. Sergeant Arthur Schofield responded and checked the area with a negative find.
8:16 p.m. A Wedgewood Dive resident reported a suspicious vehicle was in his driveway for five minutes and then drove away. Officer Cody Normandin responded and checked the area with a negative find.
8:34 p.m. A caller reported his vehicle was locked inside the State Park on Cedar Street. Officer Cody Normandin responded and issued three criminal applications to the operator.
11:45 p.m. Officer Basit Dennis checked on Hayden Rowe Street property.

August 20
12:27 a.m. Officer Basit Dennis made checks of the LNG plant on Wilson Street.
5:23 a.m. Officer Basit Dennis checked on East Main Street property.
7:20 a.m. A motorist reported an erratic operator swerving in and out of lanes on Main Street. Officers Shannon Beloin and Sean McKeon responded and spoke with the operator.
12:42 p.m. A caller reported that while passing by a Hayden Rowe Street residence, he noticed a sprinkler system in use. The Water Department was notified and the incident was logged.
1:40 p.m. A walk-in reported her packages were stolen. Officer Shannon Beloin assisted and took a report.
1:46 p.m. A motorist reported she backed into a trailer on Lakeshore Drive. There were no damages. Officer Sean McKeon responded and took a crash report.
2:11 p.m. A caller reported unregistered boats at Sandy Beach on Lakeshore Drive. Officer Sean McKeon responded and found no unregistered boats.
6:41 p.m. A caller reported an erratic operator on West Main Street. Officers Robert Ekross and Sean McKeon responded and spoke with the operator, who stated she was tired and on her way home from work. She was to take a break and then continue driving.
6:46 p.m. A caller reported a tree fell on wires on Linden Street. Sergeant Arthur Schofield responded and placed cones in the area and notified Eversource.
6:52 p.m. Officer Matthew LaTour assisted a disabled motor vehicle with a flat tire on Interstate 495 until AAA arrived.
8:39 p.m. Officer Matthew LaTour checked on and spoke to people on West Main Street who were fishing.
9:37 p.m. Sergeant Arthur Schofield checked on the Fruit Street fields and moved a person in a motor vehicle along.

August 21
12:09 a.m. Officer Brennan Grimley checked on middle and high school property.
12:53 a.m. Sergeant Arthur Schofield assisted an elderly female motorist with directions to a gas station and assisted her with pumping gas on West Main Street.
2:37 a.m. Officer Nicholas Saletnik made checks of South Street.
11:53 a.m. Officer Shannon Beloin checked on the LNG plant on Wilson Street.
1:05 p.m. A caller reported cones left in the roadway were struck by vehicles. Officer Shannon Beloin responded and reported the cones were DPW owned and were set out after recent paving. She moved them to the side of the road.
3:24 p.m. Officers Robert Ekross and Matthew LaTour responded to a motor vehicle crash on Lumber Street involving two cars. Both vehicles were towed. No personal injuries were reported.
5:53 p.m. Officer Robert Ekross assisted the Fire Department on Woodview Way.
8:34 p.m. Officer Matthew LaTour checked on Sandy Beach on Lakeshore Drive and moved some people along.
10:06 p.m. A caller reported a person in a vehicle on Hayden Rowe Street was throwing firecrackers at other vehicles. No vehicle description was given. Officer Robert Ekross responded and checked the area with a negative find.
10:49 a.m. A caller inquired about the status of a previous arrest and claimed to be from Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE). No information was given to him, as his authenticity could not be confirmed. The incident was logged.

August 22
1:59 a.m. Officer Nicholas Saletnik made checks of Ash Street property.
2:00 a.m. Officer Nicholas Saletnik reported an abandoned baby stroller with personal belongings in it, including clothes and water bottles, on the Town Common on Park Street. The incident was logged.
2:01 a.m. Officers Brennan Grimley and Nicholas Saletnik checked on South Street property.
3:28 a.m. Officer Brennan Grimley checked on a vehicle on Parkwood Road. It was unoccupied and secure.
9:12 a.m. The State Police reported speaking with a resident about an ongoing issue in town. Sergeant Timothy Brennan followed up with the resident.
9:22 a.m. An Old Farm Road resident reported his neighbor’s fire alarm was sounding, and the neighbor just left his house. Officer Tyler Staback responded and reported the buzzing was coming from the pool filter.
4:18 p.m. A motorist on West Main Street reported his vehicle was stuck halfway in mud in the road. Officer Robert Ekross responded and requested a tow truck.
6:05 p.m. A caller reported a past accident and requested to speak with an officer. Officer Cody Normandin assisted and took a report.
7:23 p.m. The Framingham Police Department requested a well-being check of the female operator of a motor vehicle who was slurring her speech and might have been impaired. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil and Officers Cody Normandin and Robert Ekross responded to East Main Street and performed field sobriety tests on the woman and took a report.
