ARRESTS

May 5
6:39 p.m. On Cedar Street, Sgt. Shannon Beloin and Officers Matthew LaTour and Justin Cappuccio arrested a 43-year-old from Rhodes Street in Providence, Rhode Island, and charged him with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a speeding rate of speed exceeding posted limit, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

May 7
1:57 p.m. Officer Matthew LaTour checked on an individual on the side of the roadway on South Street. A 39-year-old resident of Watertown Street in Newton was arrested on two warrants.

May 9
12:19 a.m. Sgt. Cody Normandin and Officers Robert Ekross and Eva Cann performed field sobriety tests on a driver on West Main Street and subsequently arrested a 24-year-old from Milford Street in Medway and charged him with speeding in violation of special regulation and OUI liquor.

May 5
12:32 a.m. Officer Eva Cann checked on a person in a motor vehicle on South Street and moved him along.
5:30 a.m. A caller reported a white dog, possibly a pit bull, running loose in front of the high school on Hayden Rowe Street. Officer Aline Matos checked the area and did not find the dog.
10:12 a.m. Officer Noah Buentello and the DPW responded to a report of a fallen tree on Valleywood Road.
11:07 a.m. A Water Department employee reported a tree fell on primary wires on Hayward Street. Officer Noah Buentello responded, found branches on the wires and notified Eversource.
12:11 p.m. Officer Nicholas Walker made checks of Hayden Rowe Street.
12:29 pm. A Hayden Rowe Street caller reported an ongoing problem of someone smashing glass by her mailbox and in the roadway. Officer Noah Buentello responded and took a report.
1:12 p.m. A motorist reported an erratic operator who ran a red light on Grove Street. Officers Nicholas Walker and Noah Buentello responded and checked the area with a negative find of the vehicle.
4:35 p.m. Sergeant Shannon Beloin took a report of breaking and entering of a motor vehicle on Main Street.
5:02 p.m. A motorist reported she was run off the roadway on Lumber Street by a vehicle that took off. She wanted the incident logged.
5:31 p.m. A walk-in from Wood Street reported the faint odor of gas in her basement. Officer Kyle Quinzani responded along with the Fire Department.
10:34 p.m. Officer Kyle Quinzani made checks of Sandy Beach on Lakeshore Drive.

May 6
2:10 a.m. Officer Lucille Creedon made checks of Pratt Way property.
7:14 a.m. A motorist reported an erratic operator who passed him at a high rate of speed on Spring Street. Officer Nichols Walker responded, caught up with the vehicle and spoke with the operator, who stated she did not pass a vehicle.
8:38 a.m. A caller reported a landscape truck clipped the side of his vehicle. Officer Noah Buentello responded and took a crash report.
11:54 a.m. An employee at a South Street business reported someone was using their private dumpster, and she has camera footage to show it. Officer Nicholas Walker responded and took a report.
12:58 p.m. A caller reported youths were carrying a fire pit onto Sandy Beach. Officer Nicholas Walker responded to Lakeshore Drive and checked the area. All was OK. Nobody was planning a fire.
3:06 p.m. A caller reported a damaged mailbox on School Street. Officer Justin Cappuccio responded and took a report of vandalism.
3:38 p.m. An Elm Street resident reported he went to feed his chickens and ducks in the morning, and they were all gone. He stated that he did not think that another animal ate them, and he believed it to be a malicious incident. Officer Matthew LaTour assisted and took a report.
7:55 p.m. A caller reported a motor vehicle crash on Grove Street involving two vehicles. Sgt. Shannon Beloin and Officers Alyssa Fleuette, Matthew LaTour and Kyle Quinzani responded and took a report. A tow truck was on scene.

May 7
1:01 a.m. Officer Jennifer Manning checked on Pratt Way property.
8:29 a.m. A caller reported a low-hanging wire on Walcott Street. Officer Benjamin Vaz responded and notified Comcast about the wire.
8:42 a.m. Officer Aline Matos checked on a vehicle parked on Proctor Street and spoke with the operator.
8:50 a.m. A caller reported a single motor vehicle crash on Cedar Street that resulted in front end damage and a window smashed in. Officer Benjamin Vaz and the Fire Department responded. No personal injuries were reported. A tow truck removed the vehicle. A report was taken.
9:06 a.m. Officer Aline Matos checked on a disabled motor vehicle on Oliver Lane. Roadside assistance was en route.
11:51 a.m. Officer Augusto Diaz made checks of Elmwood School on Elm Street.
12:06 p.m. Officer Benjamin Vaz made checks of the middle school on Hayden Rowe Street.
2:21 p.m. Officer Benjamin Vaz responded to a complaint of an unwanted vehicle parked on a lawn on Wood Street. Officer Benjamin Vaz responded and spoke with a house cleaner next door. She removed her vehicle.
4:46 p.m. A Stonegate Road resident reported someone trespassed on his property and shut off his irrigation system. The incident was logged.
5:07 p.m. A caller reported animal abuse and stated a young boy repeatedly hit a dog with a sweatshirt. The caller confronted the boy and a woman with him. Officer Nicholas Saletnik spoke with the involved parties at the station and took a report.
5:31 p.m. Multiple officers responded to a motor vehicle crash involving two cars on Proctor Street. The road was temporarily closed. No personal injuries were reported.
6:25 p.m. A caller complained of speeding on Spruce Street. Officer Brian Ziniti reported the traffic complaint.
9:26 p.m. Officer Brian Ziniti made checks of Main Street buildings.
10:43 p.m. A caller at a West Main Street facility reported she was unable to get the staff call button to work and could not get hold of staff on scene. The caller stated there was no emergency. Officer Nicholas Saletnik assisted.

May 8
7:30 a.m. A Curtis Road caller reported he lost his iPad the previous day and wanted the incident logged.
7:47 a.m. Officer Augusto Diaz made checks of former Center School property on Ash Street.
9:43 a.m. A detail officer reported a tractor-trailer hit a car on Main Street and kept going. Officers Benjamin Vaz and Augusto Diaz responded and checked the area with a negative find.
10:26 a.m. Officer Augusto Diaz made checks of the LNG plant on Wilson Street.
10:38 a.m. A Freedom Way resident reported hearing screaming in the area. Officers Brian Ziniti and Augusto Diaz responded and found a verbal argument taking place. A report was taken.
11:09 a.m. A motorist reported an air conditioning unit or microwave in the roadway of Interstate 495. Officer Brian Ziniti responded and notified the DPW for pickup.
11:38 a.m. A Lowell Drive caller reported someone opened a Walmart credit card in his name. Officer Augusto Diaz assisted and took a report of ID theft and credit card fraud.
1:15 p.m. A passerby reported a pedestrian was directing traffic on East Main Street. Officer Brian Ziniti checked the area and found no one in the road directing traffic.
3:36 p.m. A caller reported a motor vehicle ran over a juvenile’s foot on Hayden Rowe Street. Officers Sean McKeon, Kyle Quinzani and Nicholas Saletnik responded and took a report.
5:16 p.m. A caller reported that he told a speeding vehicle on Cross Street to slow down, and he was threatened by the driver. No license plate was given. Officer Nicholas Saletnik took a report.
10:47 p.m. A caller reported a disturbance at a party at an Airbnb on Old Farm Road. Sgt. Cody Normandin and Officers Brian Ziniti, Kyle Quinzani and Sean McKeon responded and checked the residence. All was OK.
11:06 p.m. Officer Eva Cann checked on a motor vehicle in a Wood Street parking lot and moved the occupant along.

May 9
12:10 a.m. Officer Eva Cann made checks of the Fruit Street fields.
7:43 a.m. Officer Augusto Diaz assisted a person on Main Street and took an incident report.
8:01 a.m. Sgt. William Burchard placed cones around a fallen tree on Cross Street and notified the DPW.
8:17 a.m. Multiple officers completed community relations on Lumber Street.
8:20 a.m. A caller reported a driver was hitting something in the back of his vehicle on Grove Street. Officer Nicholas Saletnik responded, spoke with all involved parties and reported it was a verbal altercation only. A report was taken.
2:45 p.m. Sgt. William Burchard and Officers Nicholas Walker and Nicholas Saletnik completed community relations at a Little League game on Main Street.
5:04 p.m. Officer Noah Buentello checked on a vehicle parked parallel across the road on Hilltop Road. The driver was OK and was looking for a safe place to pull over.
11:07 p.m. A Frostpane Lane resident reported youths knocking on her door and running away. Officer Eva Cann responded and spoke with the reporting person.

May 10
12:06 a.m. Officer Eva Cann checked on a person on Main Street and transported him to Mayhew Court.
12:15 a.m. Officer Aline Matos escorted an individual from Grove Street to Alltown Fresh on West Main Street.
10:26 a.m. A caller reported a car parked and blocking a Wood Street driveway. Sgt. William Burchard responded and moved the vehicle along.
1:04 p.m. Sgt. William Burchard issued two written warnings for parking violations on Lakeshore Drive.
3:17 p.m. Sgt. Shannon Beloin completed community relations on Cedar Street.
4:45 p.m. Officer Noah Buentello assisted a disabled motor vehicle in a bad spot on West Main Street. A tow truck was requested.
4:53 p.m.A walk-in handed in a phone found on Hayden Rowe Street. It was returned to its owner.
5:11 p.m. A Davis Road resident reported his neighbor came over and ripped down his outdoor light from his home. She was still in the area and could be heard over the phone in the background. Sgt. Shannon Beloin and Officers Justin Cappuccio and Sean McKeon responded and restored the peace.

May 11
12:18 a.m. Officer Eva Cann reported a loose dog on South Street that ran into a wooded area.
12:35 a.m. Officer Eva Cann checked on Pratt Way property.
12:42 a.m. The Southborough Police Department requested a female officer for a female prisoner search. Sgt. Shannon Beloin responded to Cordaville Road and assisted.
5:56 a.m. Sgt. Cody Normandin noticed a fallen road sign on Frankland Road and notified the DPW.
8:06 a.m. A caller reported illegal dumping on Constitution Court. Officer Kyle Quinzani responded and took a  report.
8:42 a.m. Sgt. Cody Normandin and Officer Kyle Quinzani responded along with the Fire Department to a shredder fire on Wood Street.
9:41 a.m. A caller reported ongoing suspicious activity at an East Main Street business. Officer Noah Buentello responded, spoke with the caller, viewed video footage and took a report.
4:21 p.m. Officer Kyle Quinzani checked on the LNG plant on Wilson Street.
8:20 p.m. Sgt. Shannon Beloin responded to a motor vehicle crash on Hayden Rowe Street where a driver struck a parked vehicle. A report was taken.
9:00 p.m. Officer Kyle Quinzani made checks of EMC Park on Hayden Rowe Street and found an unoccupied vehicle. All checked out OK.
