Baypath Adoptable Animal of the Week: Rocky

by | Nov 10, 2022 | Featured

Adoptable Animal-Rocky

Each week, the Independent highlights an animal available for adoption at Baypath Humane Society in Hopkinton. This week’s adoptable animal is 8-year-old Rocky.

Here is Baypath’s description of Rocky:

“This handsome boy came to us from a home due to no fault of his own. He really loves to be around people and has met many people on his walks and at the shelter. He’s gone on walks with other dogs and may be able to live with another dog, but he isn’t really interested in playing with them. We are continuing to learn more about his dog preferences.

“He loves to play in the water and bob for treats. He enjoys walks and walks very well on a leash. Rocky also loves car rides. He sits like a perfect gentleman and calmly rests his head on the window while watching cars and people go by.

“We have also found that he enjoys squeaky toys. Specifically, pulling out the squeaker!

“Rocky is looking for a calm home that he can retire to and live out his golden years. He may be OK living with another easygoing dog but says no thanks to cats, please. Did we mention that he is also a great kisser? If you think he could be your buddy to snuggle up with for this sweater weather, start the process today!”

For more information on THIS ANIMAL and any of the other available pets at Baypath, email adopt@baypathhumane.org or visit baypathhumane.org/adopt.
