Ron and Barb Foisy of Hopkinton joyfully announce the engagement of their son, Ryan, to Hailey Temple of Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania. He proposed while the couple was vacationing in Germany in November. They met in 2014 while attending Syracuse University and have been dating ever since. The couple will be married in New Hope, Pennsylvania, in October.
