A stellar effort from senior goalie Jack Lang and an early lead were not enough for the Hopkinton High School boys hockey team, as the Hillers came up short in the state title game, falling 4-1 to Canton at TD Garden on Sunday.
The Hopkinton School Committee on Thursday voted unanimously to “reaffirm” support of the $60.1 million fiscal year 2024 budget it originally passed on Jan. 19.
The town announced Friday that road paving in preparation for the Boston Marathon is anticipated to start the week of April 3, and the Main Street Corridor Project contractor will commence with full operations after the Boston Marathon.
The Hopkinton Middle School Drama Club will perform “Charlotte’s Web” at the HMS auditorium on Friday, March 24, and Saturday, March 25, at 7 p.m.
The 18th annual Arts in Bloom exhibit runs from April 24 through June 1 at the Hopkinton Center for the Arts Lotvin Family Gallery. This year’s theme is “Thrive.”
Town meetings tonight include the Appropriation Committee (6), Tax Relief Committee (6:30), Planning Board (7) and a joint meeting between the Board of Library Trustees, Friends of Hopkinton Public Library and Hopkinton Public Library (7).
