On Monday, May 18th, I will be voting for Sravan Krishna for School Committee because his actions show me what he believes in. He is not just a talker; he’s a doer. He has a history of volunteer service to the town. He has stood up to racism and to anti-LGBTQ policies — and made the news for his actions. He has advocated for children with special learning needs and served as an officer of Friends of SEPAC (Special Education Parent Advisory Council). As a School Committee member he will promote, and build on, excellence in our schools. He will be a strong advocate for all children, regardless of their race, religion or learning style, in our schools. He has earned my vote.
