Letter to the Editor: Ritterbusch knows how Hopkinton works

by | Jun 27, 2020 | Letter to Editor

For extraordinary community service and leadership here in Hopkinton, combined with razor sharp intelligence, depth and breadth of knowledge of the Hopkinton landscape and how it “works,” combined with the lovely way she relates and interacts with everyone all the time, is why I endorse Amy Ritterbusch. But more importantly, I support Amy because she shares my values about social justice and change. Given the times we’re in, values and beliefs matter very much to me. It’s time to hit the refresh button in Hopkinton. Without a doubt Amy Ritterbusch has my vote for Select Board.

— Patricia Duarte, Hopkinton

Letter to the Editor: Maspenock herbicides ‘poisoning’ lake

On June 16, our town will be poisoning Lake Maspenock with Procella, diquat and other herbicides containing PFAS. It is a sad day for the lake I have lived next to for 42 years. Thousands of dollars of your tax money is being spent to degrade one of the most...
