Schools switch to early release schedule Monday due to pending storm

by | Jan 31, 2021 | Education, Featured: Education

With a major winter storm expected to reach Hopkinton early Monday morning, superintendent Carol Cavanaugh announced Sunday that the schools would switch to an early release schedule for Monday.

This means the high school and middle school will be dismissed at 11:25 a.m., Hopkins at 12:15 p.m., and Elmwood and Marathon at 1 p.m. Lunch will be served in the elementary schools.

Also because of the change and the adjusted schedules, students in the orange cohort who are studying remotely will not have synchronous instruction or check-ins via Zoom.
