In addition to his wife, Bill is survived by three daughters, Michele Keefe and husband Robert Sullivan of Franklin, Alison Keefe and husband Steve Cook of Newbury, and Stacy and husband Joseph Flanagan of Upton. He also is survived by his brother, Dennis of Hopkinton and Falls Church, Virginia.

In Plymouth, Bill was a member of Cedarville Preservation Committee and an elected Town Meeting member.
