Winter parking ban starts Nov. 15

The Department of Public Works is reminding residents that as per the town bylaws, vehicles are not allowed to be parked on any street between 1-6 a.m. from Nov. 15 through April 1.

The DPW may remove any vehicle in violation, with the owner liable for towing and storage charges.

Additionally, it is illegal for individuals to push or pile snow onto a public roadway or sidewalk. Violations are subject to fines of up to $25 per offense.
