February 14

6:09 p.m. A caller reported a vehicle hit his vehicle and drove away. The caller followed the vehicle and provided the location. Sergeant Matthew McNeil and Officer Tyler Brabham responded to Primrose Circle and subsequently located Sanjay Khanal, 50, of 8 Primrose Circle and charged him with operating as to endanger, child endangerment while OUI, leaving scene of property damage, and failure to keep right for oncoming motor vehicle.

 

February 18

6:42 a.m. On East Main Street, Officer Stephen Buckley arrested Kenneth J. Matondi, 63, of 16 Princess Pine Lane, Milford, and charged him with operation of motor vehicle with license suspended and unlicensed operation of motor vehicle.

 

February 20

6:50 p.m. On Fruit Street, Sergeant Matthew McNeil and Officer Preston Mucciarone arrested Brian J. Sulfaro, 38, of 132 Fruit Street on a warrant.

 

February 22

10:42 p.m. A caller reported an erratic operator on Wood Street. Sergeant Matthew McNeil and Officer Benjamin Stickney responded and subsequently arrested Andres P. Galeano, 25, of 24 Patriots Way and charged him with OUI liquor, operation of motor vehicle with license suspended, leaving scene of property damage, unlicensed operation of motor vehicle, marked lanes violation and operating as to endanger.

 

February 26

5:42 p.m. A caller reported an erratic operator on Spring Street. Officers Preston Muciarone and Derek Morton responded and arrested Aron C. Ledger, 48, of 2 Castle Hill Road and charged him with OUI liquor.

 

February 28

1:47 p.m. On West Main Street, Officer Ryan Polselli arrested Nathan R. Pantaleo, 40, of 291 Providence Road, South Grafton, on a warrant.

8:34 a.m. Officer Moira McGaffigan assisted a Victory Lane resident locked out of her house to gain access.

8:45 a.m. A Briarcliff Drive resident reported her mailbox was smashed overnight, in addition to at least one other in the neighborhood. Officers Brian Sanchioni and Jessica Ferreira responded and took a report. 

9:42 a.m. A caller reported a case of fraud. Officers Brian Sanchioni and Jessica Ferreira responded and took a report.

12:51 p.m. Officers Moira McGaffigan and Brian Sanchioni responded to a report of possible drug activity in a Wood Street parking lot and spoke with all involved parties. Verbal warnings for a no trespass order were issued.

2:25 p.m. A Ralph Road caller reported someone stole an Amazon package from his property. Officers Brian Sanchioni and Jessica Ferreira responded and took a report.

 

February 15

3:13 a.m. A Rosewood Lane caller reported an intoxicated person ringing the doorbell looking for someone who does not live there. Sergeant Arthur Schofield and Officers Robert Ekross and Brendon Lyver responded and checked the area with a negative find.

8:37 a.m. An Old Farm Road caller reported a smashed mailbox. Officers Brian Sanchioni and Jessica Ferreira responded and took a report.

12:50 a.m. An East Main Street caller reported her 94-year-old husband fell out of his chair and needed lift assistance. Officer Moira McGaffigan responded along with an ambulance. Lift assistance only was needed.

3:09 p.m. An Eastview Road caller reported returning home and finding her house covered in eggs. Officer Tyler Brabham responded and took a report of vandalism.

 

February 16

11:14 a.m. A concerned caller reported three people skating on ice on West Main Street. Officer Jay Deiana responded and reported all was OK with the condition of the ice and skaters.

1:04 p.m. A walk-in handed in a license plate found in the roadway.

1:42 p.m. Officer Jay Deiana worked on an investigation on Saddle Hill Road.

1:45 p.m. A walk-in reported her daughter lost her driver’s license at school and wanted it logged.

5:28 p.m. A caller reported a possibly intoxicated driver on Cedar Street. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil responded and notified the Southborough Police Department.

5:41 p.m. A Walcott Valley Drive caller requested assistance involving stolen property from a domestic situation. Sergeants Aaron O’Neil and Matthew McNeil and Officer Tyler Brabham responded. A report was to follow.

 

February 17

11:02 a.m. Officers Ryan Polselli and Jay Deiana responded to a motor vehicle accident on Main Street. No personal injuries were reported.

11:55 a.m. A West Main Street employee reported a resident escaped from the memory care unit. Sergeant Timothy Brennan and Officers Jay Deiana and Ryan Polselli responded and K9 assistance was requested. The Westborough Police Department responded to assist. The individual was found and transported to the hospital.

7:52 p.m. A caller reported an Uber driver in a black vehicle followed her home, asking for directions. After she refused to assist with directions, he left. He later was found hiding behind her garage on Wood Street. Sergeant Matthew McNeil and Officers Benjamin Stickney and Tyler Brabham responded and checked the area with a negative find.

10:16 p.m. Multiple calls were received about a motor vehicle accident involving a car and a pole on West Main Street. Sergeant Matthew McNeil and Officers Tyler Brabham and Benjamin Stickney responded and reported no personal injuries. Eversource and Verizon were contacted, and a tow truck removed the vehicle.

11:47 p.m. The Ashland Police Department requested assistance with a female in distress, possibly in a domestic situation. Officers Stephen Buckley and Brendon Lyver responded and assisted with transportation for the woman.

 

February 18

7:38 a.m. An Old Farm Road caller reported his mailbox was vandalized overnight. Officer Ryan Polselli responded and reported there does not appear to be any damage to the mailbox.

7:49 a.m. A Lumber Street resident reported a vehicle drove over his lawn during the night and caused damage. Officer Ryan Polselli responded and took a report.

9:16 a.m. A caller reported a loose dog on School Street. The animal control officer was notified.

12:01 p.m. A Davis Road caller reported she could not dial out on her home phone because someone’s voice was constantly on the line. Officers Philip Powers and Benjamin Stickney responded and reported operator error.

12:40 p.m. A caller reported a vehicle passed her in a no passing zone on Ash Street and proceeded to drive through a stop sign. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil and Officer Ryan Polselli responded and located the driver at her residence and spoke with her and her parent about her driving.

6:17 p.m. A Front Street caller reported someone was attempting to enter her residence. Officers Derek Morton, Jessica Ferreira, and Brian Sanchioni responded and found the caller’s stepdaughter entering the house.

10:37 p.m. A Priscilla Road resident inquired about her missing grey and white long-haired cat. A message was left for the animal control officer.

 

February 19

4:45 a.m. The Housing Authority requested checks of Davis Road. Sergeant Arthur Schofield checked the area and confirmed a vehicle in the area.

8:20 a.m. Officer Moira McGaffigan reported a dead skunk in the roadway of East Main Street. The Highway Department was notified.

8:36 a.m. A Ryegrass Circle resident reported an ongoing complaint of a barking dog in the neighborhood. Officer Moira McGaffigan responded and advised the dog’s owner of the complaint.

9:58 a.m. A Colella Farm Road caller reported the smell of gasoline after his snowblower tipped over. Officer Philip Powers responded along with the Fire Department. Approximately six gallons of gasoline spilled. After remediation, zero readings registered.

10:01 a.m. A walk-in spoke with Officer Moira McGaffigan about a case of fraud. A report was to follow.

3:06 p.m. A Frankland Road caller reported three drug dealers on the street. Officers Preston Mucciarone, Brian Sanchioni, and Jessica Ferreira responded and checked the area with a negative find. A report was to follow.

7:31 p.m. A Pine Island Road resident reported someone had been shutting off the generator pumping the dam. Officers Brian Sanchini and Jessica Ferreira responded and notified the Water Department.

9:52 p.m. Officers John Corridan, Brian Sanchioni and Jessica Ferreira responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident involving a car and a deer on South Street. A message was left for the DPW to pick up the deceased animal.

 

February 20

3:17 a.m. Officer Brian Sanchioni and K9 Titan assisted the Holliston Police Department after a report of a breaking and entering.

1:42 p.m. A caller reported receiving obscene text messages. Officers Jessica Ferreira and Brian Sanchioni assisted and took a report.

5:45 p.m. An Erins Way caller reported a man followed her daughter home when she was walking the dog. Officers Derek Morton and Preston Mucciarone responded. A report was to follow.

9:56 p.m. The Upton Police Department reported an erratic operator on West Main Street. Officers Preston Mucciarone and Derek Morton responded and located the vehicle. Upton officers already had spoken to the driver.

 

February 21

12:36 a.m. Officer Robert Ekross checked on a disabled motor vehicle on West Main Street. The operator made his own arrangements, and Officer Ekross stood by.

4:56 a.m. A walk-in handed in a wallet found on Hayden Rowe Street.

8:57 a.m. Officer Philip Powers checked on a vehicle that had been parked in the same spot on Teresa Road for some time. The owner was contacted and reported she had been sick all week and would move the car.

12:18 p.m. A caller reported icy road conditions on Fruit Street. The DPW was notified.

4:54 p.m. Officer Tyler Brabham assisted a disabled motor vehicle on Ash Street.

5:01 p.m. A caller reported he was unable to locate his wife in the State Park on Cedar Street. Officer Tyler Brabham responded and checked the area. The Ashland Police Department responded and spoke with the caller. Officer Brabham subsequently located the woman and an Ashland Officer picked her up.

8:13 p.m. A Hayden Rowe Street caller reported individuals throwing rocks at his glass door. Officers Preston Mucciarone and Tyler Brabham responded. A report was to follow.

 

February 22

12:21 a.m. Sergeant Arthur Schofield checked on high school fields 12 and 13 on Loop Road and found alcohol down a path. Parties present at the scene claimed it was not theirs. Sergeant Schofield disposed of the alcohol at the station.

2:02 p.m. A West Main Street caller requested assistance locating her daughter. Officer Matthew Santoro responded and assisted.

4:58 p.m. A caller reported a case of fraud after his phone was hacked. The caller requested the incident be logged.

7:48 p.m. A Davis Road resident reported suspicious activity after finding her side screen door lying in front of her front door. The incident was logged.

7:53 p.m. A caller reported leaving her wallet on the roof of her vehicle on West Elm Street and driving away. The caller wanted the lost wallet logged.

9:47 p.m. A Pinecrest Village resident reported someone dumped coffee or vomited on both of his motor vehicles. Sergeant Matthew McNneil was notified and the Upton Police Department responded and spoke with the reporting person.

 

February 23

12:59 a.m. Officer Stephen Buckley checked on two people on West Main Street. They were working in the area. All was OK.

1:13 p.m. A walk-in turned in a small bag of possible narcotics. Officer Matthew Santoro assisted.

4:32 p.m. An East Main Street caller reported an elderly woman stepped onto her property yelling. Sergeant Matthew McNeil responded and reported the woman was gone upon his arrival.

 

February 24

12:59 a.m. A caller reported an erratic operator on Interstate 495 near Exit 22. The State Police were notified.

7:27 a.m. A walk-in reported a dog was stuck in water on West Main Street. Officer Benjamin Stickney responded and reported it was an otter.

9:38 a.m. A caller reported three males exited a vehicle at the boat ramp on West Main Street and headed in to the woods. Officer John Corridan responded and checked on the individuals and all was OK.

10:11 a.m. A caller reported a suspicious male walking around Teresa Road. Officer Ryan Polselli responded and checked the area with a negative find.

11:57 a.m. A town department sought advice on evictions and homelessness. Officer Ryan Polselli assisted.

2:26 p.m. An Amherst Road resident reported an ongoing complaint of a teen speeding in the neighborhood after school. Officer Ryan Polselli responded and spoke with the youth driver and his father and advised them.

5:32 p.m. Multiple calls were received about two young girls walking in the roadway of West Elm Street. Sergeant William Burchard and Officers Preston Mucciarone, Jessica Ferreira and Brian Sanchioni responded and located both girls. A report was to follow.

6:29 p.m. A Winter Street caller requested to speak to an officer about threats made by his neighbor to a crew working on his property. Officers Brian Sanchioni and Jessica Ferreira responded and took a report.

 

February 25

9:01 a.m. A walk-in reported a case of fraud. Officer Stephen Buckley assisted.

11:40 a.m. A caller reported a social security scam phone call in which he gave no personal information. The incident was logged and the caller was advised on how to prevent future fraud.

12:35 p.m. Officer Moira McGaffigan took a report of fraud from a walk-in.

1:49 p.m. Officer Preston Mucciarone took a report of stolen property on Peter Porcaro Drive.

3:41 p.m. On West Main Street, Officer Derek Morton issued a verbal warning to a motorist for utilizing a handheld device.

8:52 p.m. A caller reported missing motorcycle license plates that may have fallen off on her way to work. The incident was logged.

 

February 26

9:38 a.m. A walk-in reported an ongoing traffic complaint. Officer Moira McGaffigan took a report.

10:07 a.m. A caller reported a possible company impersonation scam. Officers Brian Sanchioni and Jessica Ferreira assisted and took a report.

3:51 p.m. A caller reported a car on fire on West Main Street. Officers Derek Morton and Preston Mucciarone responded along with the Fire Department and the fire was extinguished.

4:36 p.m. A caller reported a vehicle with no license plates and a broken window on the side of the MassPike. The State Police were notified.

5:06 p.m. An Oakhurst Road resident reported someone hit his car while it was parked in his driveway. He wanted the incident logged.

5:50 p.m. A caller reported the inside odor of natural gas at a Hayden Rowe Street building. Officer Tyler Brabham responded along with the Fire Department. Eversource was notified and zero readings were found.

 

February 27

 

5:05 a.m. A caller reported a disabled 18-wheeler in a hazardous spot on the MassPike near Exit 22. The State Police were advised.

9:12 a.m. The Winchester Police Department requested a well-being check of a suicidal female who might have been at her parents’ Crispwater Way residence. Officer Moira McGaffigan responded and reported she was not at the house, and her parents would notify the station if they hear from her.

2:44 p.m. Officers Jessica Ferreira and Brian Sanchioni responded to a motor vehicle accident on Wood Street. No personal injuries were reported. A tow truck removed one vehicle.

3:34 p.m. Multiple calls were received about a fallen tree on Spring Street blocking both lanes of travel. Officer Derek Morton responded and notified the bus company. The DPW was contacted and moved the tree.

5:26 p.m. A caller reported a tree fell in the roadway of Carriage Hill Road. A message was left for the DPW.

5:49 p.m. A Hayden Rowe Street resident reported losing power. Ten other homes also lost power. Eversource was notified.

 

February 28

2:03 a.m. Sergeant Arthur Schofield issued a handicapped parking violation on Woodview Way.

9:16 a.m. A motorist struck a deer on West Main Street. Sergeant Timothy Brennan responded and took a report.

9:47 a.m. A Meadowland Drive caller reported a person sleeping in a white truck outside his house. Officers Ryan Polselli and Moira McGaffigan responded, and the truck was gone upon their arrival.

10:37 a.m. A walk-in handed in a found wallet.

2:38 p.m. School Resource Officer Philip Powers and Officer Matthew Santoro reported a vehicle struck a stop sign on Loop Road. No injuries were reported. A tow truck was requested.

3:58 p.m. Multiple callers reported an individual urinating in the high school parking lot on Hayden Rowe Street and making an obscene gesture toward a school bus driver. Officer Benjamin Stickney responded and spoke to all involved parties and followed up with the bus company.

10:36 p.m. A caller reported a dead deer in the roadway of School Street. Officer Tyler Brabham responded and moved the animal.

 

February 29

1:13 a.m. Officer Stephen Buckley checked on a vehicle parked on Loop Road and advised the two occupants to move along.

1:52 a.m. Sergeant William Burchard checked on a vehicle occupied by two people on Davis Road and moved them along.

9:18 a.m. An Elizabeth Road resident reported her mailbox was struck by a baseball bat. Officer Matthew Santoro responded and took a report of vandalism.

10:14 a.m. A McKay Road caller reported unregistered solicitors in the neighborhood. Officer Jay Deiana responded, and they were gone upon his arrival.

11:26 a.m. Officer Jay Deiana took a report of vandalism of a shed on Frankland Road. 

12:31 p.m. An Elizabeth Road resident reported his mailbox was vandalized. The caller was away, and the incident was logged.

12:38 p.m. An Old Town Road caller reported a loose dog on the trail behind her house snagged two of her chickens. The animal control officer was contacted.

6:48 p.m. An Ash Street caller reported an outside fire at the end of her driveway. Sergeant Matthew McNeil responded along with the Fire Department and found a Holliston resident burning pallets without a permit. The resident was advised to let the fire burn out.

8:06 p.m. A caller reported suspicious activity on Frankland Road by the pond behind Liberty Mutual. Sergeant Matthew McNeil and Officer Benjamin Stickney responded and provided a courtesy transport for three people to the station. A report was to follow.

 

March 1

7:59 a.m. A Blueberry Lane caller reported her mailbox was vandalized three nights earlier along with her neighbors’ mailboxes. Officer Benjamin Stickney responded and took a report.

11:08 a.m. A Stoney Brook Road caller reported hearing a gunshot very close to her property. Officer Ryan Polselli responded and reported the gunshot likely came from the gun range that abuts her property.

10:43 p.m. A caller reported a loose brown and white dog wandering around West Main Street. Officer Derek Morton responded and checked the area with a negative find.
