July 30
8:08 p.m. Officer Eva Cann conducted a motor vehicle stop on Avenue E, and Officers Kyle Quinzani and Nicholas Saletnik responded as backup. A 28-year-old from Milford was arrested and charged with operation of motor vehicle with license suspended, motor vehicle operator refusal to identify self, and motor vehicle lights violation.

1:16 a.m. Officer Lucille Creedon checked on a motor vehicle parked on Hayden Rowe Street and moved the occupants along.
8:51 a.m. An East Street caller reported an ongoing complaint of large delivery vehicles getting stuck on a low-weight bridge. The delivery facility was contacted and advised to give delivery drivers an alternate route.
9:02 a.m. Sgt. Arthur Schofield responded along with the Fire Department to a report of the odor of natural gas on East Main Street.
9:19 a.m. Sgt. Arthur Schofield checked on a school bus pulled over on Cedar Street and reported the driver was looking for an alternate route around a low overpass.
10:07 a.m. A caller reported an issue with a contractor. Officer Matthew LaTour assisted and explained that it was a civil matter, and the caller would have to take the contractor to civil court.
3:37 p.m. A Rosewood Lane walk-in reported social security fraud. Officer Nicholas Saletnik took a report.
4:18 p.m. Sgt. Arthur Schofield and Officers Kyle Quinzani and Sean McKeon responded to a report of a motor vehicle that struck a rock on Lumber Street. No personal injuries were reported.
5:52 p.m. A caller reported being a victim of fraud. Officer Eva Cann assisted and took a report.
10:03 p.m. Sgt. Arthur Schofield made checks of the Fruit Street fields and checked on a person who was working on a vending machine. All was OK.
July 30
5:00 a.m. A caller reported a vehicle in a South Street parking lot that was not authorized to be there. Sgt. Cody Normandin responded and found an abandoned vehicle with damage to the front bumper, and he attempted to locate the owner.
8:42 a.m. A Constitution Court resident requested to speak with an officer about receiving harassing phone calls. Officer Noah Buentello assisted.
9:42 a.m. Sgt. William Burchard and Officers Augusto Diaz and Noah Buentello completed community relations on Mayhew Street.
12:19 p.m. Officer Augusto Diaz made checks of Sandy Beach on Lakeshore Drive.
2:44 p.m. Officer Noah Buentello assisted a disabled motor vehicle on Main Street.
5:35 p.m. An Erika Drive resident reported a civil dispute and wanted her neighbor off her property. Sgt. Arthur Schofield and Officer Sean McKeon responded and were unable to make contact with the neighbor. A report was taken.
6:49 p.m. A caller reported she was stuck in a paddle boat that had broken in the water at the State Park. Officer Sean McKeon spoke with State Park staff, and they were to send out a rescue boat.
11:43 p.m. The Milford Police Department requested assistance with a road rage incident. Officers Aline Matos and Nicholas Walker responded to Front Street and attempted to make contact with the involved party who left the scene.
July 31
1:18 a.m. Officers Benjamin Vaz and Nicholas Walker took an incident report on Constitution Court.
2:22 a.m. Officer Nicholas Walker made checks of Woodview Way property.
5:02 a.m. A motorist reported a white vehicle crossing the yellow lines and operating under the speed limit on Elm Street. Officer Benjamin Vaz checked the area, and the vehicle was gone upon his arrival.
7:46 a.m. Officer Nicholas Saletnik responded to a motor vehicle crash involving two cars on Lumber Street.
7:58 a.m. A detail officer on Wood Street reported a gas main break. Sgt. William Burchard and Officers Nicholas Walker and Nicholas Saletnik responded and contacted Eversource, closed Wood Street and evacuated Walker Street.
8:27 a.m. A caller reported a semi-truck hit a pole on Winter Street and pulled down wires. Officer Nicholas Saletnik responded along with Verizon.
12:37 p.m. Officer Nicholas Saletnik assisted a person on Queen Anne Road.
3:06 p.m. A walk-in reported a case of fraud. Officer Jennifer Manning assisted.
6:46 p.m. Officer Brian Ziniti checked on the LNG plant on Wilson Street.
7:04 p.m. Officer Brian Ziniti checked on a vehicle on Main Street with its hazards on and found that it had a flat tire.
9:03 p.m. On Emerald Drive, Officer Justin Cappuccio came across a new home under construction with its basement lights on. He checked the perimeter and found all secure.
10:41 p.m. Officer Robert Ekross made checks of Pratt Way property.
August 1
1:25 a.m. Officer Lucille Creedon checked on Pratt Way property.
2:59 a.m. A caller reported a fallen tree in the roadway of DiCarlo Road. Officer Benjamin Vaz responded and notified the DPW.
6:14 a.m. A caller reported a disabled motor vehicle on Wood Street and holes in the roadway exposed. Officer Lucille Creedon responded, and a tow truck was en route.
6:42 a.m. A caller reported it appeared that a tree fell down and snapped a pole on Spring Street. Officer Lucille Creedon responded and notified Verizon.
8:30 a.m. A detail officer reported a blue Toyota Highlander struck a mailbox on Nicholas Drive while turning around. Officer Augusto Diaz responded and took a report.
9:51 a.m. Sgt. William Burchard and Officers Augusto Diaz and Nicholas Walker completed community relations on Main Street.
2:02 p.m. A walk-in reported being harassed by her landlord. Officers Jennifer Manning and Nicholas Saletnik assisted and took a report.
3:56 p.m. Officer Sean McKeon responded to a motor vehicle accident on Grove Street and provided one person with a courtesy transport.
5:33 p.m. A caller reported graffiti in the men’s room in a Main Street business. Officer Robert Ekross viewed the vandalism and took a report.
6:31 p.m. Officer Justin Cappuccio and the Fire Department responded to a car fire on West Main Street. The fire was extinguished.
10:36 p.m. A Heartwood Way resident reported someone banging on his door. Officer Sean McKeon responded and checked the area with a negative find.
August 2
12:28 a.m. Officer Nicholas Walker completed community policing on West Main Street.
1:33 a.m. A Wilson Street caller reported hearing a loud rumbling noise and seeing an intermittent flame in the distance. She was advised that the LNG plant vents and produces a flame on occasion. Officer Lucille Creedon responded and confirmed that the flame was from the LNG plant.
4:51 a.m. A caller complained of noise on Wilson Street. The LNG plant staff was contacted, and they stated it was just the liquefier expressing pressure, all normal activities.
9:58 a.m. Officers Robert Ekross and Eva Cann checked on a vehicle parked on Cedar Street and spoke with an Uber driver, who was looking for directions.
11:02 a.m. An Edge Hill Road resident reported a man walking on her property doing some obscene things. Officer Noah Buentello responded, spoke with the caller, viewed video footage and checked neighbors’ property. A report was taken.
1:35 p.m. A caller reported a motorcycle crash on South Street with personal injuries and property damage. Officers Benjamin Vaz and Noah Buentello responded and took a report.
5:55 p.m. An Aspen Way resident reported the inside odor of gas after leaving the stove on for six hours. Officer Matthew LaTour responded along with the Fire Department.
6:42 p.m. A caller reported a pallet with nails in the roadway on West Main Street. Officer Kyle Quinzani responded and removed it.
8:54 p.m. A caller reported he was locked inside the State Park on Cedar Street. Officer Justin Cappuccio responded and unlocked the gate.
9:53 p.m. A caller complained of a dog barking for an extended period of time on East Main Street. Officers Justin Cappuccio and Matthew LaTour responded and spoke to the owner, who was to take care of the issue.
11:50 p.m. After the dispatcher noticed two males leaving the water on Sandy Beach via security camera, Sgt. Cody Normandin and Officer Lucille Creedon responded and saw multiple cars in the parking lot as well as one male and one female on the beach. They were to move along. The rest of the beach was clear.
August 3
1:45 a.m. Officer Aline Matos checked on Parkwood Road property.
1:58 a.m. A caller asked if officers could track her husband’s vehicle because he may be sleeping in the car, and she did not know where he was. She did not feel that he was a threat to himself or to others at this time. She refused an officer to stop by or contact her, and she would not give her address or her husband’s name. The caller decided she did not want any further help. She was advised to call back if anything changed or if she needed assistance.
3:32 a.m.The Southborough Police Department requested assistance booking a female prisoner. Officer Aline Matos assisted.
8:57 a.m. Officer Robert Ekross conducted a motor vehicle stop on West Elm Street, and Officer Eva Cann assisted with placing one person into protective custody. A report followed.
9:27 a.m. A caller reported two dogs in a vehicle with the windows rolled up on Main Street. The caller exchanged words with the owner of the dogs. Officer Noah Buentello responded to keep the peace. All parties were spoken to.
9:36 a.m. A Longwood Drive resident reported he trapped a bat in his house and attempted to contact the animal control officer. Another message was left.
9:58 a.m. A Sanctuary Lane resident complained of loud machines and trucks operating in the area in violation of town bylaw. Officer Noah Buentello responded and reported workers at the Hopkins School working on some equipment but not running any machinery.
10:07 a.m. A motorist reported he was trying to bring his wife to urgent care on Lumber Street and could not park in the handicap spot because a truck was parked illegally. The caller called back and stated the truck moved.
5:16 p.m. A caller reported a loose dog running around East Main Street. Officer Kyle Quinzani responded and lost sight of the dog in the Autumn Ridge Drive area.
7:37 p.m. A caller reported three cars without parking passes parked by the boat launch at Sandy Beach, and three people jumped in a boat and left the beach area. Sgt. Cody Normandin responded and issued three parking citations.
August 4
12:59 a.m. Officer Jennifer Manning checked on a vehicle parked on Legacy Farms North and found a person sleeping inside. All was OK.
1:45 a.m. Sgt. Cody Normandin checked on a person on West Main Street who was waiting for his mother to pick him up.
5:19 a.m. Multiple callers on West Main Street reported a man was stuck in a bathroom. Officers Noah Buentello and Aline Matos responded along with the Fire Department, and access was gained.
7:12 a.m. A caller reported a dump truck lost its tire on West Main Street. Officer Noah Buentello responded and located the vehicle in a nearby parking lot. The driver had arranged for assistance.
7:39 a.m. A caller reported a forklift offloading lumber on Granite Street and taking up a lane of travel. Officer Eva Cann responded, spoke with the delivery driver and sent him on his way.
8:35 a.m. A walk-in reported he was involved in a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident on West Main Street two days earlier and wanted to report it. Officer Noah Buentello viewed the damage to the car and took a report.
10:06 a.m. A caller complained of a landscape vehicle parked on Sanctuary Lane and causing a road hazard. Officer Eva Cann responded, reported there was a detail officer with the vehicle and notified the caller.
10:19 a.m. A caller reported a dog that appeared to be limping was walking on the side of the roadway on Spring Street. Officer Noah Buentello responded and reported the dog made it home.
10:42 a.m. A caller reported chickens running loose in the roadway of Lumber Street. Sgt. William Burchard responded and reported chickens were present but not loose nor in the roadway.
11:08 a.m. A Sanctuary Lane resident reported an ongoing complaint about vehicles parked on the street. Sgt. William Burchard responded and spoke with all parties involved, and the vehicles were removed.
11:51 a.m. Officer Matthew LaTour assisted a person with fingerprinting at the station.
2:20 p.m. Sgt. William Burchard came upon two youths on an ATV in the roadway on Pendulum Pass and subsequently spoke with the youths and their parents about operating an ATV.
5:18 p.m. A Reservoir Road caller reported a cat was living under her home. A message was left for the animal control officer.
5:29 p.m. A B Street resident reported a raccoon attempted to claw through her screen door to get to her dogs. The incident was logged.
6:39 p.m. Officers Sean McKeon and Brian Ziniti assisted the Milford Police Department with contacting a Front Street resident who was involved in a road rage incident in Milford the previous week. The vehicle owner denied any involvement and refused to contact the Milford Police Department or respond.
7:54 p.m. A caller complained of a sports car and a minivan drag racing on Legacy Farms North. Sgt. Arthur Schofield and Officer Brian Ziniti responded, and the vehicles were gone upon their arrival.
8:12 p.m. A caller reported losing a set of keys on Saddle Hill Road. The incident was logged.
8:17 p.m. A caller complained of jet skis operating on Lake Maspenock after hours. Officer Kyle Quinzani responded to Sandy Beach and stood by while the operators loaded up their jet skis.
