ARRESTS

August 24
12:37 a.m. Officer Jennifer Manning conducted a motor vehicle stop on West Main Street, and Officers Eva Cann and Kyle Quinzani responded as backup. A 50-year-old from Framingham was arrested and charged with marked lanes violation, OUI liquor and child endangerment while OUI. Officers stood by to wait while someone came to pick up the child.

August 19
12:54 a.m. Sgt. Shannon Beloin checked on a vehicle parked on Legacy Farms North and found a male sleeping inside.
11:15 a.m. A walk-in reported fraud. Officer Nicholas Saletnik assisted and took a report.
12:58 p.m. A West Main Street bank employee reported fraud after a male attempted to cash a fraudulent check. The employee did not believe the ID given was the same person. Sgt. Matthew Santoro responded, and the person was gone upon his arrival. A report was taken.
4:39 p.m. A Chamberlain Street walk-in reported possible fraud involving his crypto currency. Officer Robert Ekross assisted and took a report.
6:22 p.m. Officer Brian Ziniti made checks of Pratt Way property.
7:59 p.m. A walk-in handed in an iPhone found at the Town Common. The owner was contacted.
8:11 p.m. Officer Brian Ziniti made checks of Sandy Beach on Lakeshore Drive.
9:05 p.m. Sgt. Shannon Beloin and Officer Eva Cann assisted a disabled motor vehicle with a flat tire on Hayden Rowe Street.

August 20
12:56 a.m. Officers Peter Lord and Lucille Creedon checked on a parked vehicle on Hayden Rowe Street and moved the occupant along.
1:37 a.m. The Southborough Police Department requested a female officer for a search of a prisoner. Officer Eva Cann responded to Cordaville road to assist.
7:46 a.m. Officers Benjamin Vaz and Matthew LaTour responded to a motor vehicle accident on Front Street. One  person was transported to the hospital. Eversource and Verizon were notified of damage to poles.
9:47 a.m. Sgt. Matthew Santoro responded along with the Fire Department to a report of the odor of natural gas outside on Davis Road.
12:23 p.m. A caller reported illegal dumping on Hayden Rowe Street. Officer Benjamin Vaz responded and spoke with the reporting person.
12:42 p.m. A Leonard Street resident reported his car was keyed. Officer Matthew LaTour responded and took a report of vandalism.
3:24 p.m. Officer Noah Buentello completed community policing on Hayden Rowe Street.
4:12 p.m. A walk-in from Lilac Court reported vandalism of the rope lights on her property. Officer Aline Matos took a report.
8:11 p.m. A Walcott Street walk-in requested to speak with an officer about credit card and ID theft. Officer Aline Matos assisted and took a report.
11:39 p.m. A Maple Street resident reported an odor of gas coming from behind his stove. Officer Jennifer Manning responded along with the Fire Department. Eversource was contacted.

August 21
12:01 a.m. A Constitution Court resident complained of  loud music coming from a neighbor’s apartment. Officers Peter Lord and Lucille Creedon responded and spoke with the neighbor, who agreed to turn the music down.
1:29 a.m. A Constitution Court caller complained of noise coming from a neighbor’s apartment. Officer Peter Lord responded and did not hear any noise from the neighbor’s apartment. He advised the reporting person to speak with property management staff about the issue.
2:19 a.m. Officer Peter Lord checked on a person in a parked car in Lot H of Loop Road and moved him along.
8:29 a.m. A caller reported a disabled SUV blocking a lane of traffic on West Main Street. Officer Noah Buentello responded and assisted
12:40 p.m. A caller complained about speeding and terrible driving on South Mill Street and wanted to know if lights could be installed. Officer Robert Ekross spoke with the caller.
5:14 p.m. Officer Jennifer Manning  reported a large branch on top of secondary wires on South Mill Street. Eversource was contacted.
5:37 p.m. A caller reported an operator driving at a high rate of speed on Whalen Road. Sgt. Cody Normandin responded, and the vehicle was gone upon his arrival.
10:09 p.m. Officer Kyle Quinzani made checks of Wilson Street property.

August 22
12:04 a.m. Officer Justin Cappuccio reported fallen tree limbs in the roadway on Cedar Street. He removed some and notified the DPW of the others.
12:54 a.m. Officers Justin Cappuccio and Jennifer Manning checked on a vehicle on Lakeshore Drive and moved the driver along.
6:53 a.m. A caller reported he was in a semi-truck stuck on East Main Street and needed assistance. Officer Peter Lord responded, assisted and reported the truck damaged a garage. A crash report was taken.
9:04 a.m. Officer Benjamin Vaz made checks of the LNG plant on Wilson Street.
12:42 p.m. A caller reported a person driving recklessly on West Main Street. The vehicle got on Interstate 495. The State Police were notified.
3:33 p.m. Sgt. Arthur Schofield took a motor vehicle crash report on West Main Street and provided one person with a courtesy transport to Upton.
3:49 p.m. A caller complained of a delivery truck blocking the roadway on Main Street. Officer Sean McKeon responded and stood by to assist while the driver made a delivery.
5:14 p.m. A Revolutionary Way caller reported a third-party shipping company dropped off several packages. Officer Nicholas Walker responded and took a report of stolen property.
5:20 p.m. A caller complained of vehicles speeding and traveling in the wrong direction regularly around rush hour and dinnertime on Main Street. The complaint was logged.
8:22 p.m. A caller reported a vehicle in the roadway on East Street. Officer Sean McKeon responded and reported the vehicle had overheated. It was moved into a parking lot.
9:25 p.m. A caller reported an injured rabbit on Legacy Farms North. Officer Sean McKeon responded and assisted.
10:03 p.m. A caller reported an injured cat on Wilson Street. The animal control officer was notified and was to bring the cat to Baypath.
11:49 p.m. Officer Eva Cann checked on two juveniles on Hayden Rowe Street out for a run and moved them along.

August 23
1:37 a.m. Officer Sean McKeon assisted a disabled motor vehicle on Cedar Street. The driver reported he fell asleep at the wheel and struck a rock, and the vehicle was disabled. A tow truck removed the vehicle, and Officer McKeon provided the driver with a courtesy transport.
2:39 a.m. A Forest Lane resident complained of noise coming from either a large vehicle or construction equipment. Officer Eva Cann responded and reported a tow truck was removing a vehicle from the parking lot and would be done shortly.
9:49 a.m. A caller reported two dogs running loose in the roadway on Main Street. Officer Augusto Diaz responded, and the dogs were gone upon his arrival.
10:55 a.m. A caller reported a board with nails in the roadway on West Main Street. Officer Benjamin Vaz removed the board.
12:31 p.m. A walk-in sought advice on how to return belongings to a person with whom she has been having issues. Officer Augusto Diaz assisted the walk-in.
1:29 p.m. A David Joseph Road caller reported her purse was stolen along with some other items from her car. Officer Benjamin Vaz responded and assisted.
2:39 p.m. A walk-in handed in a set of keys found at Lake Whitehall.
6:26 p.m. A Cross Street resident complained of a loud party in the neighborhood. The caller stated the music and singing was causing her house to shake. Sgt. Arthur Schofield and Officer Nicholas Saletnik spoke with the homeowner, who stated they were hosting a wedding celebration and would turn down the music according to noise restrictions in town.
7:30 p.m. A caller reported two males operating jet skis on Lake Maspenock in an unsafe manner. Sgt. Arthur Schofield and Officer Kyle Quinzani responded and did not witness any erratic driving. They spoke with the operators, who were leaving for the day.
8:29 p.m. Multiple callers reported a large party on South Mill Street with vehicles blocking the street. Officers Sean McKeon and Nicholas Saletnik responded and spoke with the homeowner, who was to move the vehicles.
8:58 p.m. A frustrated South Mill Street resident complained of traffic due to regular parties in the neighborhood. The caller was advised that the owner was notified about moving several vehicles so that emergency personnel could pass through.
9:55 p.m. A caller reported two suspicious males walking in and out of the woods near a West Main Street parking lot. Officer Kyle Quinzani checked the area with a negative find.
9:56 p.m. A Huckleberry Road caller reported someone banged on her window, but she could not see anyone outside. Officers Sean McKeon and Kyle Quinzani responded and spoke with a bystander, who stated some kids were running around the neighborhood and knocked on other windows. Officers checked the area but did not locate the juveniles.

August 24
3:37 a.m. Officer Augusto Diaz checked on Wood Street property.
4:46 a.m. A Cobblers Way resident reported she heard someone on her property dragging something across her lawn, and she could see the person on her security camera. The caller stated she saw someone running with a flashlight. Officers Augusto Diaz and Eva Cann checked the area with a negative find. No camera footage was available, as it was a live feed only.
6:51 a.m. Multiple callers reported a motor vehicle accident involving a head-on collision and personal injuries on Hayden Rowe Street. Milford officers closed the road at the town line. Sgt. William Burchard and Officers Eva Cann and Nicholas Saletnik responded. A tow truck removed both vehicles. Officer Saletnik gave a courtesy transport to one driver. A criminal application for unlicensed operation was issued to one driver.
10:51 a.m. A walk-in reported she dropped her debit card while out for a run. The incident was logged.
11:07 a.m. A walk-in brought in a brown pit bull that he found. He subsequently took the dog to Baypath.
11:23 a.m. A caller reported several individuals training behind the high school on Hayden Rowe Street and leaving their equipment in the roadway. Officer Augusto Diaz responded and checked the area but did not see any equipment.
1:00 p.m. A Bowker Road resident called to say that his dog did not bite a delivery driver. Officer Augusto Diaz spoke with the caller.
6:20 p.m. A caller complained of noise from a jet ski on Lake Maspenock and reported the vehicle that carried the jet ski was parked in the Sandy Beach parking lot without a pass. Officer Justin Cappuccio responded and issued two citations.
10:43 p.m. Officer Robert Ekross made checks of Main Street buildings.

August 25
12:59 a.m. Officer Jennifer Manning made checks of the Fruit Street fields.
11:23 a.m. Sgt. William Burchard made checks of the LNG plant on Wilson Street.
11:49 a.m. Officer Nicholas Walker completed community relations on Main Street.
1:02 p.m. A caller reported a vehicle had been running for hours on Revolutionary Way. Officers Nicholas Saletnik and Nicholas Walker responded and made contact with the owner, who was to turn off the vehicle.
1:10 p.m. Sgt. William Burchard, Sgt. Matthew Santoro and Officer Nicholas Walker responded to a motor vehicle accident on West Main Street. An ambulance responded and transported one patient to the hospital. A second patient received medical care. A third vehicle was picked up by a family member. A report was taken.
3:16 p.m. A caller reported a disabled motor vehicle in a bad spot on Cedar Street. Officers Robert Ekross and Justin Cappuccio responded and issued a criminal application to the driver, who was involved in a hit and run in Framingham. She was advised to call the Framingham Police Department. A tow truck removed the vehicle.
3:19 p.m. The Framingham Police Department requested an officer to check on a vehicle on Constitution Court that was involved in a hit and run in Framingham. Officer Sean McKeon reported he already was with the vehicle on Cedar Street.
4:06 p.m. A caller reported a mulch fire on South Street. Officer Sean McKeon responded along with the Fire Department.
4:22 p.m. A Woodview Way caller reported he received a notification that an AirTag was attached to him or his property. Officer Robert Ekross spoke with the caller and assisted.
5:53 p.m. A caller complained of multiple kids on scooters and bikes doing wheelies in the middle of the roadway on Hayden Rowe Street. Officer Justin Cappuccio responded and reported the youths went into the woods before he could speak with them. When he saw them, they were not impeding traffic.
7:21 p.m. A caller reported a tractor-trailer was stuck on Downey Street and could not turn around properly, and there were other vehicles and children in the area. Officer Sean McKeon responded, and the truck was gone upon his arrival.
8:15 p.m. A caller reported he was locked inside the State Park on Cedar Street. Officer Justin Cappuccio responded and reported no one was around, so the Department of Conservation and Recreation staff must have let him out.
10:20 p.m. Sgt. Arthur Schofield checked on Parkwood Drive.
