ARRESTS

June 3
6:54 a.m. A caller reported a group of males fighting at Sandy Beach on Lakeshore Drive. Sgt. Cody Normandin, Sgt. Aaron O’Neil and Officers Sean McKeon and Noah Buentello responded and assisted. One witness shared a video of the incident. A 70-year-old resident of Lakeshore Drive was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a disabled person, strangulation or suffocation and attempted murder.

June 5
1:20 a.m. Officer Lucille Creedon conducted a motor vehicle stop on West Main Street and subsequently arrested a 56-year-old from Dana Road in West Newton and charged him with marked lanes violation and OUI liquor.

June 6
4:43 p.m. Loss prevention staff at a West Main Street store reported an employee had stolen items. Sgt. Cody Normandin and Officers Nicholas Saletnik and Kyke Quinzani responded and subsequently arrested a 66-year-old, charging her with larceny under $1,200.

June 8
12:56 a.m. A caller reported an erratic operator in a Chevy truck on West Main Street. Officers Eva Cann responded, stopped the vehicle and requested assistance from a Portuguese-speaking Ashland officer to assist with interpreting. Officers Lucille Creedon and Robert Ekross assisted and requested a tow truck. A 41-year-old from Pond Street in Milford was arrested and charged with marked lanes violation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and OUI liquor.

June 2
7:11 a.m. A motorist complained that a vehicle passed him on Main Street in front of the police station. The incident was logged.
11:31 a.m. An Aspen Way resident reported a work truck was stolen while workers were loading a delivery in the caller’s home. Officers Kyle Quinzani and Nicholas Walker responded and reported a misunderstanding. The vehicle was OK.
12:26 p.m. Sgt. William Burchard and Officer Kyle Quinzani responded to a motor vehicle crash on Church Street and took a report.
1:47 p.m. Sgt. Arthur Schofield and Officer Kyle Quinzani assisted a disabled motor vehicle that was off the roadway on Ash Street.
4:17 p.m. Officer Sean McKeon responded to a minor motor vehicle crash on Fruit Street and took a report.
7:20 p.m. A caller reported a person on a black e-bike sped past her on Main Street. Sgt. Arthur Schofield responded and checked the area with a negative find on the e-bike.
7:46 p.m. Officer Sean McKeon made checks of Sandy Beach on Lakeshore Drive.
10:05 p.m. Officer Noah Buentello checked on the LNG plant on Wilson Street.

June 3
7:05 a.m. A Pond Street resident reported a suspicious male dressed all in black with a camera in the area. Officer Nicholas Walker responded, and the person was gone upon his arrival.
8:19 a.m. Sgt. Matthew Santoro provided a student with a ride to school from West Main Street to Hayden Rowe Street.
8:33 a.m. A caller reported a rabid animal on Downey Street. The animal control officer was notified.
5:47 p.m. Sgt. Cody Normandin and Officer Noah Buentello issued parking citations at Sandy Beach on Lakeshore Drive.
7:21 p.m. A walk-in reported a lost wallet. The incident was logged.
9:54 p.m. A caller complained of vehicles speeding on West Elm Street and causing turtle fatalities. Sgt. Cody Normandin and Officer Eva Cann responded and spoke with the reporting person.

June 4
6:56 a.m. A caller reported suspicious activity around Route 85 overnight that was captured on video. Her friend was driving when someone wearing a mask stepped out of the woods and into the roadway and attempted to stop the vehicle. The incident was logged.
9:39 a.m. The Milford Police Department reported an erratic operator passing double yellow lines in Milford and headed to Chestnut Street. Officer Kyle Quinzani checked the area with a negative find.
9:40 a.m. A caller reported a small black dog running loose near the roadway on West Main Street. The animal control officer responded and picked up the chihuahua.
10:28 a.m. A caller reported a brown and white bulldog or boxer with no collar running in and out of the roadway on Main Street. Officer Noah Buentello responded and located the owner, who took the dog back on its leash.
1:46 p.m. A walk-in reported he lost his small black wallet containing his driver’s license and credit cards and wanted it logged.
4:09 p.m. A caller reported a tractor-trailer with a heavy load was stuck on the hill on Wood Street. Sgt. Cody Normandin and Officer Nicholas Walker responded and assisted in turning the truck around.
4:26 p.m. A caller reported a shirtless male on Ash Street yelling at passing vehicles. Sgt. Cody Normandin and Officer Kyle Quinzani responded and helped calm down the individual, who subsequently went inside.
5:57 p.m. A caller reported a female stumbling to her car on Hayden Rowe Street, entering it, then driving away. Sgt. Cody Normandin responded and checked the area with a negative find on the vehicle.
7:36 p.m. A caller reported a suspicious vehicle parked in front of a Saddle Hill Road house for two hours. Officer Kyle Quinzani responded and found a delivery driver taking his break. All was OK.
8:15 p.m. A caller reported a vehicle was parked in front of the main gate at an East Main Street business for more than an hour. Sgt. Cody Normandin responded and reported the vehicle was waiting for a tow.

June 5
12:05 a.m. A Mayhew Street resident reported she saw several flashlights in a neighbor’s driveway, and the homeowners were not supposed to be home. Sgt. Cody Normandin responded and checked on a vehicle at the end of the street and on the property. All was OK.
9:23 a.m. The Southborough Police Department reported a speeding moped with a passenger not wearing a helmet. Officer Jennifer Manning checked the area with a negative find. The Southborough Police Department reported locating the moped at the train station.
10:53 a.m. A walk-in reported a scam and stated no personal information was given to the scammers. The incident was logged.
12:49 p.m. A walk-in handed in a pocket knife found on Hayden Street.
7:10 p.m. A walk-in from North Mill street requested to speak with an officer about a private matter. Officer Matthew LaTour assisted and took a report.
7:33 p.m. A caller reported a suspicious male in blue and wearing a “Freddy” mask on Hayden Rowe Street. Officer Kyle Quinzani, Officer Nicholas Walker, Sgt. Cody Normandin and Sgt. Shannon Bellin responded and reported three high schoolers on e-bikes or dirt bikes who took off and failed to stop.
8:30 p.m. A caller reported a dead animal, possibly a raccoon, on her windowsill. The animal control officer was notified.
10:50 p.m. A motorist reported an erratic operator on Main Street. Sgt. Cody Normandin and Officer Kyle Quinzani caught up with the vehicle. All checked out fine with the operator.

June 6
12:48 a.m. A caller reported teens running in the roadway on Main Street. Sgt. Cody Normandin responded and spoke with the teens.
2:34 a.m. Officer Jennifer Manning made checks of Sandy Beach on Lakeshore Drive.
6:05 a.m. The Worcester Police Department requested assistance contacting a business owner whose company car was parked on a lawn. Officer Lucille Creedon went to an Ash Street residence to speak with the owner.
7:10 a.m. Officers Justin Cappuccio and Benjamin Vaz took a motor vehicle crash report on Lumber Street.
9:26 a.m. An Ash Street caller reported hearing gunshots in the area. Officer Benjamin Vaz responded and found all quiet.
10:49 a.m. A caller reported several occupants in a vehicle on Ash Street were struck with water balloons, causing water damage. Officer Benjamin Vaz responded and spoke with a young child, who was the culprit.
6:39 p.m. Sgt. Cody Normandin assisted a disabled motor vehicle on West Main Street.
11:02 p.m. An Emerald Drive resident reported power was out in her area. She requested a check of the area for fallen trees and wires.
11:55 p.m. A Holt Street caller reported his power was out and he requested a check of the area. Officer Jennifer Manning responded to assist.

June 7
12:06 a.m. Officer Eva Cann checked on a person on Elm Street who was outside taking photos of the rain. All was OK.
12:38 a.m. Officer Robert Ekross checked on a motor vehicle parked on Grove Street and moved the occupants along.
1:41 a.m. Officer Jennifer Manning checked on a vehicle on Main Street. The driver was practicing parallel parking. All was OK.
9:10 a.m. A caller expressed frustration over five vehicles with no passes parked in the Sandy Beach parking lot. Officer Matthew LaTour responded and issued parking citations.
10:38 a.m. A caller reported a motorcycle operating at a high rate of speed and passing several vehicles on Main Street. Officer Matthew LaTour caught up with the motorcycle and issued a written warning to the rider.
11:47 a.m. Officer Jennifer Manning made checks of Pratt Way property.
2:09 p.m. A Wood Street resident reported his King Charles spaniel dog, about 2 pounds, has been missing for about an hour. A message was left for the animal control officer.
6:00 p.m. A caller reported someone was riding a scooter on East Street property, and he wanted it logged.
6:09 p.m. Officer Sean McKeon assisted the Southborough Police Department with checking on children riding e-bikes on Cordaville Road.
8:29 p.m. A Constitution Court resident complained of a neighbor banging on her door and leaving. Officer Kyle Quinzani responded and took a report.
9:38 p.m. A Fenton Street caller complained of noise at a graduation party in the neighborhood. Officers Sean McKeon and Nicholas Saletnik responded and advised the hosts to turn down the music. The party was shutting down.

June 8
8:14 a.m. A caller reported illegal dumping on Constitution Court. Officer Nicholas Saletnik responded and took a report.
10:01 a.m. A caller reported an abandoned vehicle in a West Main street parking lot since the previous week. Officer Nicholas Saletnik responded and went to the owner’s residence. The owner stated the vehicle was disabled and was to be towed later in the day.
1:31 p.m. Officers Nicholas Saletnik and Nicholas Walker and the Fire Department responded to a motor vehicle crash on Chestnut Street. Officer Saletnik followed one vehicle to the hospital. A report was taken.
1:55 p.m. Officer Brian Ziniti assisted a disabled motor vehicle on West Main Street and stood by while a tow truck responded.
3:12 p.m. A walk-in requested to speak with an officer about fraud. Officer Brian Ziniti assisted and advised her of next steps. A report was taken.
3:32 p.m. The bus dispatcher requested an officer for a crash report on Hayden Rowe Street where a school bus hit another bus on school property. Officer Sean McKeon responded and took a report.
5:37 p.m. A Main Street caller reported multiple large packages were being delivered to her address and left in front of her door, making it inaccessible because she uses a walker. She called the phone numbers on the packages to say that the packages were being delivered to the wrong address, but they continued to arrive. She was advised to contact her landlord and became angry at the suggestion. Officer Brian Ziniti responded to move the packages out of the doorway. He also contacted the shipper and asked if they could reach out to management to fix the delivery situation.
7:11 p.m. The Milford Police Department requested an officer to check Hopkinton for a white ladder truck operating erratically. Officer Noah Buentello responded and checked the area with a negative find.
7:16 p.m. A walk-in handed in a debit card found in a parking lot at the State Park on Cedar Street. The owner was contacted.
7:50 p.m. Officers Brian Ziniti and Sean McKeon assisted a person on Chestnut Street who refused to relinquish his car keys. A report was taken.
