ARRESTS

October 19
12:14 a.m. Officer Shannon Beloin conducted a motor vehicle stop on East Main Street, and Sergeant Arthur Schofield and Officer Alexander Stewart responded as back up. A 43-year-old from Tiverton, Rhode Island, was arrested and charged with marked lanes violation, operation of motor vehicle with registration suspended and OUI liquor.

October 22
1:41 a.m. Officers Robert Ekross and Alexander Stewart conducted a motor vehicle stop on Main Street and contacted the Milford Police Department for a Portuguese-speaking officer. A 21-year-old from Marlborough was arrested and charged with marked lanes violation, unlicensed operation of motor vehicle, operation of motor vehicle with registration suspended, OUI liquor, uninsured motor vehicle and unregistered motor vehicle.

12:37 a.m. Officer Alexander Stewart made checks of South Street property.
12:45 a.m. Sergeant Arthur Schofield made checks of Wilson Street.
1:35 a.m. A caller reported he lost property in a Zipcar that was mapping in Hopkinton. Sergeant Arthur Schofield was to follow up with the caller.
9:40 a.m. Officer Matthew Santoro responded to a motor vehicle accident on Hayden Rowe Street. No personal injuries were reported.
11:33 a.m. A Winter Street resident reported his mailbox was vandalized. Officer Shannon Beloin responded and took a report.
3:25 p.m. Officer Matthew LaTour responded to a motor vehicle accident on South Street and took a report.
3:46 p.m. A caller reported two dogs loose on South Mill Street. Officer Basit Dennis responded. The dogs were gone upon his arrival.
5:47 p.m. The leasing office from Constitution Court reported a parking complaint. Officer Matthew LaTour responded and made contact with the owner, who moved the vehicle.
9:43 p.m. Officer Matthew LaTour made checks of Sandy Beach on Lakeshore Drive.

October 19
12:04 a.m. A caller reported a vehicle struck a deer on Clinton Street. Officer Alexander Stewart responded, viewed the car damage and took a report.
3:31 a.m. Officer Shannon Beloin checked on Avenue D property.
7:28 a.m. Sergeant Timothy Brennan advised the construction crew on Main Street to open the roadway to two lanes of traffic in order for traffic to flow per regulation.
8:09 a.m. A Trevor Lane caller reported a suspicious incident that took place the previous night. Officer Shannon Beloin spoke with the caller and provided advice.
8:33 a.m. A motorist reported a deceased animal in the breakdown lane on Interstate 495. The State Police were notified.
8:46 a.m. A Lilac Court resident reported her black cat went missing overnight. She contacted Baypath and the animal control officer, and she wanted the incident logged.
9:54 a.m. Officer Shannon Beloin made checks of the school complexes on Hayden Rowe Street.
10:33 a.m. Several callers reported a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident on West Main Street with the suspect, a young male with bangs in a white KIA with rear driver side bumper damage, headed toward Milford. The Milford Police Department was notified. Sergeant Timothy Brennan and Officer Shannon Beloin responded to assist.
11:43 a.m. A caller with concerns about identity theft that may have occurred outside of the country requested to speak with an officer. Officer Shannon Beloin assisted.
12:08 p.m. A caller reported a speeding complaint on Ash Street. Officer Shannon Beloin spoke with the caller and created a traffic complaint.
6:05 p.m. A Main Street caller reported youths hanging around her apartment building. Officer Matthew LaTour responded and removed the youths.
9:18 p.m. A Revolutionary Way caller reported the septic was backed up and pouring water everywhere. The caller was advised to contact the building’s management company.

October 20
12:20 a.m. Sergeant Arthur Schofield checked on a motor vehicle parked on Parkwood Drive.
9:07 a.m. Officer Brittany Firth assisted with a civil dispute on Old Town Road. A report was to follow.
9:41 a.m. Officer Sean McKeon made property checks of schools on Hayden Rowe Street.
10:51 a.m. A caller complained of vehicles speeding on Ash Street. Officer Robert Ekross spoke with the reporting person.
12:08 p.m. Officer Sean McKeon made checks of the LNG plant on Wilson Street.
2:03 p.m. An A Street caller reported receiving a scam phone call. The incident was logged.
3:28 p.m. A detail officer reported finding a cell phone and credit cards on Main Street. A message was left for the owner.
4:01 p.m. A Rosewood Lane resident reported she believed her neighbor was growing and selling marijuana. Officer Basit Dennia responded and took a report.
4:26 p.m. Officer Matthew LaTour responded to a motor vehicle accident on East Street involving two cars. No personal injuries were reported.
6:43 p.m. A Revolutionary Way resident reported a stolen package. Officer Basit Dennis responded and took a report.

October 21
2:43 a.m. Officer Nicholas Saletnik made checks of Pratt Way.
7:28 a.m. A caller reported a small tan dog loose on Elm Street. Sergeant Timothy Brennan and Officer Sean McKeon responded. The dog was gone upon their arrival.
8:38 a.m. A person flagged down Officer Matthew Santoro on Constitution Court to report a vehicle without a placard parked in a handicap spot. Officer Santoro issued a parking citation, and the building’s management company was notified for removal.
12:13 p.m. A motorist reported a black sedan speeding at around 80 mph on Clinton Street nearly hit her. Sergeant Timothy Brennan responded and checked the area with a negative find.
12:15 p.m. A Pond Street caller reported unemployment fraud. The incident was logged.
1:11 p.m. Sergeant Timothy Brennan completed community relations on South Street.
2:00 p.m. A caller who was bitten by a dog earlier in the week requested a report. Officer Tyler Staback assisted and notified the animal control officer.
3:37 p.m. A Clinton Street caller requested to speak with an officer about an issue with a neighbor and child. Officer Robert Ekross responded and took a report.
3:43 p.m. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil responded to a motor vehicle accident on Main Street and issued the driver a criminal application.
4:26 p.m. An Old Farm Road resident reported a laptop was stolen. Detective Gregg DeBoer responded and took a report.
4:35 p.m. A Sanctuary Lane resident reported his iPhone was stolen. The phone was pinging in Marlborough, and the Marlborough Police Department advised the caller to contact the Hopkinton Police Department. Officer Robert Ekross assisted the person and took a report.
6:11 p.m. A walk-in handed in keys found on Hayden Rowe Street.
7:05 p.m. A caller reported an erratic operator on Church Street. Officer Robert Ekross responded and checked the area with a negative find.

October 22
4:54 a.m. Officer Nicholas Saletnik made checks of Pratt Way property.
10:52 a.m. A Benson Road caller reported a dog attacked him and his dog. Officer San McKeon responded and took a report.
12:23 p.m. Officer Sean McKeon checked on the LNG plant on Wilson Street.
3:46 p.m. Officer Robert Ekross followed up with an online traffic complaint about speeding vehicles on Lumber Street due to detours.
4:00 p.m. A motorist reported that while on Cedar Street, a delivery truck came speeding up to her bumper with his hazards on at a high rate of speed and didn’t back down until her daughter took a photo. The caller wanted the incident logged.
4:20 p.m. A Woodview Way caller reported her co-worker received an uncomfortable and harassing phone call. Detective Gregg DeBoer responded to speak with a female who was locking up the leasing office because she felt unsafe. A report was taken.
5:07 p.m. A Forest Lane resident reported she received a UPS delivery that was missing two out of three necklaces, yet the package did not appeared to be tampered with. When she notified Costco, she was advised to contact the police. Detective Gregg DeBoer responded and took a report.

October 23
8:23 a.m. A caller reported a man walking in the middle of the roadway of Main Street. Officer Tyler Staback responded and reported the man had moved to the sidewalk. All was OK.
11:30 a.m. A Woodview Way caller reported illegal dumping. Officer Tyler Staback responded and took a report.
12:32 p.m. A walk-in reported harassment. Officer Tyler Staback responded and took a report. Officer Staback reported an order subsequently was issued by an on-call judge.
1:03 p.m. A caller reported receiving harassing phone calls and text messages from an ex. Detective Gregg DeBoer spoke with the caller and took a report.
3:49 p.m. Officer Basit Dennis assisted the Southborough Police Department on Cordaville Road with coverage while the department’s new chief was appointed.
8:09 p.m. A Forest Lane caller reported she and her dog were attacked by another dog that lives in her complex. No injuries or broken skin were reported, but she wanted the incident logged and wanted to speak with the animal control officer.
8:59 p.m. Officer Matthew LaTour checked on Sandy Beach on Lakeshore Drive.
9:11 p.m. Officer Matthew LaTour checked on a person in a motor vehicle on South Street and moved him along.

October 24
12:03 a.m. Officer Alexander Stewart checked on a motor vehicle parked on Hayden Rowe Street and moved the operator along.
12:17 a.m. Officer Alexander Stewart checked on East Street property.
2:52 a.m. Officer Brennan Grimley checked on what appeared to be a backpack hanging from a tree on South Street and found clothes scattered around the backpack. Nobody was found in the vicinity.
4:45 a.m. A caller reported a deceased deer in the roadway of Hayden Rowe Street. Officer Alexander Stewart responded and moved it off the road.
6:06 a.m. Sergeant Arthur Schofield and Officer Alexander Stewart attempted to serve a warrant on Cedar Street but were unable.
7:49 a.m. A caller reported a dog running in and out of the roadway on School Street. Officer Shannon Beloin responded and spoke with the person who found the dog and assisted in bringing it to Baypath.
10:18 a.m. A caller reported a large crowd with people arguing on South Street. Sergeant Matthew McNeil and Officers Shannon Beloin and Tyler Staback responded and reported all checked out OK.
10:33 a.m. A South Street caller reported he lost his wallet over the weekend and wanted it logged.
11:24 a.m. A caller reported wires fell across the roadway of Maple Street. Officer Tyler Staback responded and contacted Verizon and stood by to assist.
11:25 a.m. A walk-in reported someone trespassed on his property over the weekend. Officer Tyler Staback assisted and took a report.
11:55 a.m. A Hayden Rowe Street walk-in reported his dog got loose, and he wanted the incident logged.
2:33 p.m. A caller reported a car struck a dog on East Main Street. Officer Shannon Beloin responded and reported the dog was deceased. The DPW was notified.
7:34 p.m. A Wedgewood Drive caller reported a suspicious vehicle. Officer Matthew LaTour responded and the vehicle was gone upon his arrival.
9:57 p.m. Officer Basit Dennis made checks of Main Street buildings.
